Skip to comments. The Four Words That Prove Sarah Palin Is A HICK
Posted on 12/31/2012 9:40:07 AM PST by The Looking Spoon
I adapted this piece from this graphic found at Facebook.
Guaranteed to garner a lot of troll traffic. :)
Not to mention a gorgeous woman.
In spite of how they often may get on my nerves, I tend to like and enjoy the company of “hicks”. Most of them tend to be honest and kind people, they just talk weird, and have some weird ways about them.(I’m related to LOTS of “hicks”, so I know this first hand)
I don’t get it.
If “hick” stands for the four words in the graphic, shouldn’t it be “H.I.C.K.”?
And how I wish that hick and the First Dude were in the White House!
But that wouldn’t get people to click on the thread nearly as effectively as the published form does.
Great picture of her. Is that recent? Still looking good.
Run Sarah and win the presidency.
Clever but extends the wrong message to the masses.
My kinda hick. And no, i don’t mean that in a bad way. We all have a little redneck in us, that’s a good thing.
CBS declared hicks were uncool in about 1970 when they started dropping top hit shows like the Beverly Hillbillies and Green Acres. There is a name for what they did: “the rural purge.” (readily googled and wiki’ed).
For some reason they started feeding us shows about people who lived in cramped apartments and basically just embarrassed and shredded each other with smart-ass comments.
Me? My role model is still Uncle Joe on Petticoat Junction.
Initiated by this A$$HOLE: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fred_Silverman
I’d really like to know what those two guys in the background are talking about.
LOL...I was thinking the same thing...libs will REALLY hate this one.
I saw the Original on Facebook and knew it was a keeper!
Just like Sarah!
Too much rabbit food on that sammich.
Send it back.
"I could SO work under her!"
Allow me to make a prediction here: Sarah Palin WILL BE the next President
Not to nitpick, but Gov. Palin is a GILF.
I think mainstream TV added to our ruiniation right about the time CHIPS was on TV as a hit show and suddenly name calling became cool...
I always thought it was the beginning of major rudeness when Eric Estrada’s character started calling everyone a “turkey”
The first time a real life cop called me a “turkey” I almost lost it on him and made it a point to write to his boss about it, after which he STOPPED AT MY HOUSE TO APOLOGIZE - he said he was just imitating that silly show.
I think those days are long gone and I WISH the worst thing people called each other was “turkey” these days
But it was a short step from that to “you a$$hole” - people were NOT that rude and name calling before hand.
A beautiful woman. Just imagine if she were a mad-hatter liberal - she’d already be POTUS.
Same here, and I agree. My “hick” relatives would drop everything to help a friend or family member. I remember once at a family gathering, I looked up and saw all but a couple of the men heading out the door at once. I asked mom what was going on, it seems the abusive ex-boyfriend of one of my cousins had shown up, and without even discussing it every man in the family, about 40 total, had gone out to confront the jerk! I would’ve loved to see his face when he ran into a human wall!
I wasn’t particularly aware of “Chips” contribution to all that, but it was indeed in the late-70s, which saw the big rise of smart-alecky “put-down” humor/dialogue on tv, and thus, in the culture. I recall reading an article or two about that development even at the time. It’s grown vastly worse since then, probably tenfold, when you think about it. Just take a close, careful look at each line of dialogue you hear on tv nowadays. It’s pretty jaw-dropping. Most people flow along with the culture and don’t even recognize these type of things.
Oh, wait. The topic of this thread is indeed Palin, correct? So what can I add? She’s the best thing out there since Reagan. I’d love to see her run. But I have my doubts that she could prevail, considering what a rapidly decaying and morally degenerate mess this country has become. She’s just too damn good for it.
Apparently you never will,
Sarah looks as if she has augmented her face somehow. Sad. She didn’t need it.
Got me. I was loading up already to blast away and then.....humbled by the cleverness
how sleezy of you. please keep you fantasies to yourself.......sometimes it isn’t clever it is just boorish
Good to see you posting again.
and you are obviously a 14 year old boy
That’s not a real good picture of her. I know she’s getting older and all, but she doesn’t look well these days. I wonder if she’s still getting constantly sued by every job blow that doesn’t like her?
Well, in today's rainbow flag military, there's a good chance they are discussing their officer's a$$ and who's going to breach it first.
They’re trying to parcel out the remainder of the Bugs Bunny estate—before midnight.
If she were a liberal, then she would not be beautiful.
Liberal women may look fairly attractive as teenagers, when they still have some baby fat.
By the time liberal women reach their thirties, the evil and the ugly reach the surface, and begin oozing out every pore, wrinkling up their skin, and contorting their faces into ugly, evil, bitter expressions of whatever went haywire inside their noggins.
Whatever it is, it is progressive, and they just keep getting more ugly and more evil-looking through their years, no matter how much stretching or plastic surgery they have done.
For Pete’s sake, relax.
It’s an internet photo. It doesn’t even really look like her.
Agreed. Thanks for that.
Supposedly Marilyn Monroe was a communist or at least a sympathizer...
I do think that in general conservative women are happier with their gender than liberal women.
But either way Sarah is gorgeous - and so is her supposed relative, the nutcase liberal Halle Barry.
I'm beginning to think Laz has an alter-ego that doesn't have to abide by his swearing off of "hitting it"...
“A beautiful woman. Just imagine if she were a mad-hatter liberal ...”
Liberalism poisons the soul and that would show through. She wouldn’t be beautiful then...
that’s about right
