If one looked, I but there is similar higher murder rates from minorities in Europe, thus raising their numbers as well. Especially in larger cities, where demographics has been such a debated issue.
The article should have made that obvious. Especially when the whole point of the article rested on Demographics.
Just to compare black populations across a few countries France has <3%, Germany has 1%, the UK has <2%. The US has 12.6%.
