You got that right! Where do they come up with these huge round numbers like $60billion? Does anybody really do the math?
The only logical approach is a two-step process. Get enough out there to solve emergency problems - then do the work to see what else is really needed.
I hate to be unfeeling - but is it OK to just not have insurance anymore?
