#WhyIsMyPaycheckLessThisWeek because Obama Phones and birth control are more important than reducing the debt.
#WhyIsMyPaycheckLessThisWeek Because Congress read the legislation as attentively as you did.
#WhyIsMyPaycheckLessThisWeek Because you didn't do your homework before voting.
Because you are one of the many millionaires and billionaires that are earning $50-$250k
Because Obama family vacations don't pay themselves, comrade.
Because funding the Muslim Brotherhood is more important than putting food on your table.
So Michelle Obama can wear $6800 jackets to meet the Queen of England.
because it's racist to not pay your "fair share."
Because you thought more about your American Idol Vote than you did about The Election.
hey guess what? Welfare checks didn't shrink!!! Thanks Obama!!!
Because you must not work 28 hours and count as full time under Obamacare.
because I'm middle class and need to be punished
Barney Frank needs a new pair of pumps and Spanx.
What? You think "Obama money" grows on trees?
Because when Obama says Tax the Rich, he means anyone with a paycheck.
Obama wants to see if he can count to 22 trillion
because nothing says "go-getter" like 99 wks of unemployment insurance.
cause some women voted with their lady parts instead of their lady smarts.
because before Nov 6, you were a useful idiot. Now you're just an idiot. ...
These answers need to be rubbed into Obama and Dem voters for the next 4 years like 1/4 cup of Icy Hot rubbed hard into the genitals.
Why are you getting a smaller paycheck? Because you voted for it.
I’ve been watching this on and off for a while...the liberal commies are taking a beating...I think it will get worse when people who got paid today get home from work...Obama voters OWN this...make sure they know it.
“Your taxes went up? Guess you weren’t paying your fair share.”
I just hope I’m feeling as ‘comedic’ next week when I get my first paycheck of 2013...GRRRRR!
I don’t know about who is perceived to own this. The argument that it is the GOP not allowing this in seems to be flying for them. They know no one checks back on this stuff.
Then you’ll love the ones I found.
My wife retired at age 51yrs from a public service carreer. Receives money for life. #WhyIsMyPaycheckLessThisWeek
<===This public employee will make more this year #IdontpaySStax #payraise. #WhyIsMyPaycheckLessThisWeek
As a public employee, my paycheck is the same as last year. #WhyIsMyPaycheckLessThisWeek #IdontpaySStax
Woo-hoo! People at my company get to enjoy paying more this year for health insurance (starting at $85 and going up to $200 minimum in July) we get taxed more too! Yeah! I am getting a part time job to make up for it.
Who SIGNED the bill? It wasn’t a Republican...
I’m a public employee, and my social security withholding is going up 2% (to go along with the third year of a pay freeze.)
Not complaining. I am blessed to have a secure job in uncertain times.
Tell me about it. We have to wait 2 weeks - my husband's paycheck today is the last 2 weeks of 2012.
Why wait? Take 2% of your annual salary, and divide b y the number of checks you receive annually...you’ll get a rough idea of what to expect.
Well, on the brightside, just imagine the enormous chunk this must be taking out of Warren Buffet’s paycheck! Oh. Wait. He doesn’t actually get a paycheck, does he? So he isn’t feeling this at all.
-— Not complaining. I am blessed to have a secure job in uncertain times.-—
You are wise. Been laid off twice since 2008. Started my own business. Actually, a side business that I am now depending on. Making half my last salary. Hoping to equal my previous salary by next Christmas.
I was on a non-political message board this morning, and a member was upset about her paycheck. The check covered the period ending December 31, 2012. She thought the higher tax wouldn’t be applied till her next paycheck for work starting this month.
Of course, the jag-offs who draw public assistance won't feel a thing.
I know that. However, “they” cannot seem to figure that out.
The problem at my office is that the final 2 week pay of 2012 ending on 12/30/12 was taxed at the new tax rate because the check was printed in 2013. We’re trying to find out why.
I’m still trying to wrap my head around the tax increase when there wasn’t supposed to be on for the 97%. So, we get one our two (remember the Obamacare tax)and say like the GOP did, “It’s the best deal we can get”.
Of course we knew this was coming where the left side of the 97% believed their ‘messiah’ would take them to the promised land. He was (is) in paradise (Hawaii). All I see are the illegals of Los Angeles. Not very pretty.
That idiot comment is priceless. :)
Talk about buyer’s remorse...
My net went down about $100 for my bi-weekly salary. Resent every penny of it. I now hate the poor even more. Let them starve, freeze, and whatever else.
Sometimes there are threads that just make me smile inside.
I hope the dim voters suffer.
Amerika’s chickens have come home.
Actually kinda glad the government has no one with any brains working for it now. It means the collapse of this crony infrastructure is right around the corner.
That is what EBT is for, they will simply make up those losses with Food Stamps.
As long as there are Obamaphones these stupid people won't feel the pain.
Its funny watching these people get their come uppens, but our pay checks get smaller too.
The sad part is that people who don't support this are hurt just as bad by Policies they didn't want.
I just made that calculation. I’m not rich, but even at my salary that 2% is equal to a good chunk of my monthly mortgage payment. This hurts my single income family of four, I hope libtards across the country feel it worse. And, I suspect this is only the start.
I just want all the idiot uninformed voters to feel MY pain and if it starts now, all the better.
That last twit is a liar...public employees pay SS like everyone else.
What is “public employees” to you? State, local or Federal?
Good grief. I avoid the twits because every time I go there, I *see* why this country is swirling down the bowl. We need a war/ draft or an epidemic or something. Yikes. Useless is a gross understatement. #NoWonder!
Those are great!
You like most individual taxpayers use the cash basis of accounting. Money is earned when the cash (equivalent) is received, not when the work is performed. That check is your first check of 2013.
No, the public employee I know did NOT pay SS. He was a city worker.
idiot tax kickin in
You’re right about that. Lots of tax payer green for failed green energy crap.
I’m so glad I can provide it for you
“Voting is the best revenge.” - Barack HUSSEIN Obama
All of them. Feds had to start paying in the 1980’s, don’t know how, if possible, state and locals can be “exempt” from paying SS or Medicare.
That’s illegal. No one is exempt I thought. I’ll check with my wife, she runs a payroll processing service. She knows all the tax laws.
Mine isn’t going to be the least bit pretty. I DID pay off my truck early, so that frees up more cashflow. I’m HOPING that what I lack in a truck payment now wil cover the spread.
I’m looking into using a Food Pantry for my fixed-income Dad, who is also taking a hit as his supplemental medical insurance goes up this month, too. His SS check and little old me are HIS only means of support...and his health is not all that good.
Went from a two-income family two years ago to just myself (divorce) and now I have my Dad to partially support, too. My adult step-sons are on their own. No milk from this cow, Boys, LOL!
But, it could be worse. And I assure you it will be. I hope everyone, dead or alive that voted for this POS President suffers and suffers to the point where they actually NOTICE it. Grrrrr!
Depends on your definition of "received." If dated Dec 30, but you don't see it until Jan 4, when was it "received?"
Lol..I have been following and tweeting on this hash tag all day. Hilarious!
2% sure doesn't sound like much.
Actually, the amount you pay in social security taxes just went up by 47.6% !
From 4.2% to 6.2% is a 47.6% increase.
If you were paying $100 per paycheck before, you are now paying almost $148 per paycheck.
Back in the late 70s early 80s my wife was a teacher in Ohio and wasn’t in the SocSec system.
She gets a reduced SocSec payment now in retirement to reflect that.
Ah, be of good cheer.
Your paycheque wont be taking a real hit until 2014, when Obamacare becomes official.
