Oh, dear. The harsh reality of crushed unicorn dreams and the bitter smell of regret. As Twitchy reported, Americans started noticing that Obamas fair share claims werent so fair and many were shocked
shocked
that their first paychecks of the year were smaller.

I believe the term is: “Reality Bites”
There is no difference between a pile of horse dung and a pile of unicorn dung.
This is a real yawner.
Ummm...do people NOT realize that even if Romney would have won, Obama STILL would have been president until Jan 20, and the ‘fiscal cliff’ bit still would have happened?
If Romney had won, he would have supported the end of the payroll tax holiday as well, but if it turns people against Obama, good deal. It will be harder for him to get some of his wacko ideas passed if his approval rating stinks.
Wait until Obamacare has to be paid for in 2014. If they think their cheques are smaller now...
Unicorn dung is fictitious. A white washed jackass’ dung is real, but it is still just dung.
Frankly, I am very much heartened by the fact that Romney lost. It means that the balance of righteous Americans have their priorities in the RIGHT place.
Yeah, and I’m finding out that while Obamacare has the “take the blue pill” philosophy embedded within, new DEA regulations mean we may not even be able to _get_ the blue pill.
Oh, dear. The harsh reality of crushed GOPE dreams and the bitter smell of regret. - I should have supported someone else for the nomination.
Start a campaign to remind libs that Obama has a potential problem with citizenship...and if they get him impeaches, they get their paycheck back...we promise ;)
From today forward, whenever this (or a similar) topic comes up, the last comment from conservatives should be along the lines of, “You did this to yourself! Liberals/Democrats LIE about everything! Pay attention every day - not just at election time - and vote to save the country and the future for yourself and your grandchildren.”
But sometimes Love Stinks :-)...
Sing it J. Geils!!!
Aren't we talking about people who voted for Obama to begin with?
Tell these morons to buy guns with the rest of the paycheck. they will need them.
Ha Ha Ha! So funny it hurts! Just wait—by 2016 Obama will be more hated than Bush—even David Duke could beat him in the next election. You get what you wanted! didn’t what that old Flip Flopper Mittens—and gasp—he was a MORMON. Didn’t like Gay people or WOMEN! You got the Rainbow boy thinking he will change things—Ha ha ha. Love will turn to hate!
If you think healthcare’s expensive now, just wait until it’s free.
Oh, eff them all!!!
They are in for quite a few more SHOCKS in the future.
“I should have voted for Romney.”
One owners if they still “feel” like brilliant, intellectual
Progressive geniuses.
Just asking.
“Tell these morons to buy guns with the rest of the paycheck.”
But...just the guns. Don’t want them to have ammunition. That would be far too complicated for their degraded mental capacities.
Plus that will let them participate in the great, socialist gun confiscation program being drafted by DiFi and 0bamunists.
LOL, Obama could eat live babies on TV and his voters would find a way to blame Republicans instead. The problem here is a majority of Americans WANT to like Obama no matter what he does. They will excuse everything he does so long as the media, professors, entertainment establishment, etc, provide them with the reasons nothing is Obama’s fault. This is very much like battered spouse syndrome. People simply do not want to hear they were wrong about Obama.
Obama has a 55% approval rating in today’s Rasmussen poll. 52% if you believe Gallup. There is absolutely no evidence Americans are going to turn on Obama because their payroll tax cut ended.
you are assuming... there could be any number of reasons (conservative) Americans didn't vote for Romney... who is to say how many of those were righteous Americans who didn't support him for righteous reasons?
it could be heartening if most of those (conservatives) who didn't vote for Romney, didn't vote for him because of morality... but i wouldn't find it so heartening if say, only 10, 100, 1,000 people didn't vote for him for moral reasons...
"A rose by any other name . . ."
“Frankly, I am very much heartened by the fact that Romney lost. It means that the balance of righteous Americans have their priorities in the RIGHT place.”
You are delirious and symptomatic of what is wrong with California. God help us.
Romney should have been the nominee for the Democrats.
Exactly! I have talked about this until I'm blue in the face. Even if he had lost in Nov. he would have been DESPERATE to get as much destruction accomplished as he could before Jan. 21. He knows he is going to have to fight to retain his power, so he is starting early. It is pathetic and DANGEROUS to everyone for him to be so insecure. Shabby, pitiful, ugly, frightening, and utterly insane.
"Rush warned you about this"
The silence after that is deafening and the change of topic is faster than a speeding bullet.
I really started to distrust these idiots in our Govt. when they took deductions from my Soc. Sec. check and then added the rest to my Income tax return and took More.
These guys are really the scum of the earth.
When I posted to a thread as to why I would support Romney last summer, am currently an independent, said that we all knew what Romney would do. Go for Gun Control and Climate Change legislation. As all RINO's eventually do. So hey, we knew what we would get and we could have a chance at stopping him. Well guess what happened on the road to Rome. Obama has begun his second term by going for gun control. Will climate change legislation be next ?
It is all about your money.
/bingo
Why did you vote for Obama?

This is the answer I get...
Don't be silly. Unicorn dung has little pieces of Skittles in it.
Why were they shocked? Isn’t that what they voted for?
Even donkey dung is shiny when it’s new.
Although I’ve yet to see any, I’ve heard that it sparkles also.
LOL. Good one. Over time, I have come to a place where I do not want to argue with liberals. They just dig in and double down. No, I just try to discourage them.
Where some of us learned from Arnold. And where Free Republic was born and bred, pal.
Only about 10% of our nation’s workers are paid weekly. Monthly, bi-monthly, and every two weeks are more common.
Today is only January 7th, so the bulk of the disappointment will occur on or about the 15th.
YOU voted for the guy who invented ObamaCare, and Romney's socialized medicine even had on-demand subsidized abortion. You voted for that guy.
You voted for a guy who is outspokenly in favor of gays in the military, and who supports forcing adoption agencies to accommodate gay "parents." You voted for a guy who who promoted Gay Youth Pride outreach to elementary school children, and who prohibited the Boy Scouts from participating in the Olympics he "saved" because of the Boy Scouts' refusal to accommodate open homosexuality in its leadership. YOU CAN LOOK IT UP. That's what you voted for becasue you were too cowardly to face the reality that voting "against" Obama was the same as voting for unicorns.
You voted for a guy who thinks guns meant for self-defense are made solely to "hunt down and kill people." You voted for a guy who supports gun control.
You voted for a guy who is 100 percent behind cap-and-trade global warming regulation that would paralyze Americans in their pursuit of energy and food production and that would put other nations IN CHARGE OF THE US in terms of energy and food production and consumption, or are you not aware that Romney SAID "we need a world-wide solution, not an American one," to the imaginary crisis of global warming. You VOTED FOR a guy who holds that position.
You voted for a guy who appointed something like five times the liberal Democrats as Republicans as judges. You voted for a guy whose entire political record is one of a liberal Democrat.
I refused to vote for that kind of destructive liberalism. You voted FOR it, and you call me delirious?
You are part of the problem. I, and people like me, are part of the solution.
You, bigfootbob, go climb into a hole and stay there until you're brave enough to FACE REALITY.
That is what those who voted for Romney in order to vote "against" Obama, voted FOR. They voted FOR government tyranny registered as Republican. I thank God they were too few in number. I thank God Romney lost and I am encouraged that Americans on balance recognized the unicorn dream for what it actually was.
