The have agreed to discuss it in conference. All things being equals, that gives it a 0.01% chance of being placed on the docket. Since this case is ludicrous I think a 0.01% chance is far too optimistic.

What has Rick Santorum done to expose Obama -- or Ann Coulter, or Sarah Palin? They've all done what any sensible person would do: highlight Obama's terrible public record. I suppose they'll all be wallowing in shame when Orly Taitz and the MBSCOTUS (Make-Believe Supreme Court of the US) throw Obama out of office because of a birth certificate that the State of Hawaii has repeatedly certified?
I hope Orly Taitz is a better dentist than she is a lawyer, but where are the “great lawyers”? Nowhere to be found.
Everyone that dismisses Orly's charges is a coward. They are afraid to be tainted with the “birther” label, so they mock her and anyone who shares her views.
The evidence against Obama (or whatever his real name is) is voluminous. The corrupt justice system will not allow discovery in any of these legal cases.
Just the fact that Obama submitted a “copy” of his supposed birth certificate, that has been proved by experts to be a digital fabrication, should be enough to initiate a full investigation.
Just the fact that no presidential candidate has to prove they meet the requirements of Article II, Section 1 of the constitution should be enough to DEMAND legislation to force candidates to publicly PROVE their eligibility.
This is a national DISGRACE!
Just the fact that the Supreme Court will not look at Article II, Section 1 to determine the meaning of “Natural Born Citizen” jeopardizes the legitimacy of all future presidents and vice presidents.

Having studied Article II, Section 1, I have NO DOUBT it's original intent meant “born in the United States by TWO citizen parents”. Obama should be the poster child for the reason Article II, Section 1 was written into the constitution.

I have better things to do than write a letter to someone who will ignore it. The Supreme Court is not Dancing with the Stars and it doesn't care which cases I think they should take. The Supreme Court does not accept unsolicited amicus curiae briefs.

Affidavit of Assistant Clerk for the City of Honolulu Timothy Adams attests to the fact that there is no birth certificate for Barack Obama in any hospital in Hawaii. Statement of the Minister of Health of Kenya, James Orenga attesting to Obama’s birth in Kenya and Obama’s own biography submitted by him to his literally agent in 1991, stating that he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia.
Plaintiffs are stating that if this court does not STAY the certification of the election results, this court will commit treason against the United States of America by allowing a foreign national, a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still citizen of Kenya to get in the position of the U.S. President and Commander n Chief by virtue of fraud and use of forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number."
