Unfortunately, the FM Davis-Father thing is pretty much a ruse used by PhonyCon GOP Obama Supporters to attack those, indirectly, wanting the Birth Certificate released. We have way too many PhonyCons defending Obama on the Eligibility issue
In fact, nothing can be proved until the real Hawaii Birth Certificate is released. Obama keeps fighting that, to the point of releasing phony Birth Cert. That should tell everyone right there

Just like a bad call on a football field which leads to the team that benefitted from the bad call winning the game, I fear that even if Obama is found ineligible, it won't negate the force of law of the Bills he signed into Law.
Why? Well, consider this. Let's say the officials in a football game do blow a call on the field. (But there wasn't unequivocal proof that they blew the call, and so the call stood.) Then, the team that benefited from that call, Team X, went on to win the game. Further, what if that win then propelled them to win the conference, and then the Super Bowl? Then, a day after the Super Bowl, a fan's video surfaces that proves the blown call was, in fact, wrong. What then? Do we then say, "my bad, do-over" and somehow attempt to roll back the clock? Is Team X's win of the Super Bowl somehow negated?
Similarly, once Barack Hussein Obama, hmm, hmm, hmm, was immaculated in January 2009, the game was over. It doesn't matter that he was ineligible to serve as President: he as installed as President. The bridge was crossed; the bridge was burned.
After all, there has to be a sense of credibility and stability in the interactions between nations, and in the interactions of citizens within a nation. There has to be a point in time where "do-overs" are dismissed because of the uncertainty and upset they would cause. Personally I'd love nothing more than for Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, and Barack Obama to be summarily humiliated--and brought up on charges of fraud. I'd love nothing more than the stain of the last 4 years to be washed clean.
But surely that would lead to a slew of unintended consequences? If everything that Obama did was Null and Void, just what would that mean? To us as citizens, to our allies, and even to our enemies? Moreover, just who would get to decide what that means?
I have no idea. I'm not a lawyer. But I daresay that the upset and turmoil would be equisite.

Yes that is what it is...a conference. SCOTUS just does not take a case straight to a hearing...they decide first whether to hear a case
Although this is good news, SCOTUS will probably refuse to hear it...like they do on other cases involving controversial matters.
Note also....that since no case in Obama Eligibility has gone to a full trial with a verdict...any SCOTUS ruling would not prevent any other case to go forward. I doubt SCOTUS would make a ruling on a case that has not even been allowed Discovery yet (ie the real Obama Birth Certificate)

Other issues, such as actual birth location, passport history, college funding and sexuality are generally just speculation. If WND were to stick simply with items 1 to 4 and downplay the speculation, in my opinion, they would have significantly more credibility. Even mentioning the speculative items is what gives fodder to the "crazy birther" charges.

I hope you are right. I agree with all you said in your statement. I would hope the nation I served in the Armed Forces was not for all for naught.
I bet he could do it and wouldn’t it be “rich” to see 0bama and his cronies in a hot tent jail wearing pink undies! Now that would be sweet justice after the way this group of grifters have been on such wild spending sprees in spite of the hardships of most American families!
I still believe that Davis is the father. There is just too much resemblance to Davis. Their eyes are identical. Obama Sr. has almond eyes, which son George has. There are other obvious similarities to Davis, and there are absolutely none to Obama Sr.! Davis is Barry Obama’s daddy, and he knows it, too.
Your service was not for naught. Hold to that notion. Bitterly cling to it if necessary. Fight the temptation to toss in the towel and resigningly accept America's decline. Yes, our Republic is imperiled from within. Yes, the days seem dark. Especially with so many feckless fools about the land and in the halls of power.
The night is darkest just before the dawn. A cornball cliché, yes, but an encouraging one, no? Sure, Obama has not the honor to see how frightfully he dishonors both himself as the Commander in Chief and the military men and women he leads. But his deplorable lack of honor will only make greater the contrast when there finally arises a man or woman of honor to turn back the tide.

I get stressed taking full time care of a spouse who served 33 years+ in two services, two tours in Viet Nam and now is 100% priority one disabled and who has Alzheimer’s Disease in the bargain...then add to this, the horror show going on in our nation now is awful, almost more that I can stand at times. Don’t worry, I won’t toss my medals over the WH fence..for that matter, during the Clinton Days I always said if I were unlucky enough to be in his presence and he dared to touch my uniform I would tell him to get his mitts off my hard won uniform..same would apply to this imposter in chief.
