That was kinda frightening.
Indeed, it was! Frightening in the sense that some wierdo, anarchist group who supports the occupiers, essentially telling us our President is a dictator and how our Contitution allows his removal in a step by step order!
I was adopted by my fathers brother and his wife, who divorced soon afterwords. She got us kids (long story) I was separated from my moms side of family for 30 plus years (another long story)
I found out fairly recently that I am 1/2 Greek, two generations removed from the “Old Country” I have been fascinated ever since.
After meeting my blood relatives, I was also enlightened about heredity vs environment.
Back to the OP, I feel pretty ignorant, because Molone Labe sounded French to me, I'm amused that it was actually Greek (to me) LOL!
‘_________seeing it everywhere.’
Can only think to say: ‘You betcha . . ‘
Echoing someone we’re fond of in this household.
I will bring your regards next time I’m at the breakfast cafe. Guess my fav there - and order it every time??!
Ready - ? The Greek Omelet! Feta cheese and all. And I add sausage. . .
There’s a yearly summer Greek Festival week-end nearby, here in Ventura County, and we often go to it.
Sounds like you survived all that growing up ‘drama,’ but we have to - yes??!
Molon Labe also sounds French to me!
I’ve lived all these years and never heard it before - so please don’t feel ignorant!
How much are we expected to know??
Sometimes non-English words/phrases sure hit the mark better than a string of English (words)
The person who stuck it there is probably in a cold, damp cell at Gitmo, never to be seen or heard from again.
