I just wanted to ask you freeper's.. Some new hispanics moved in my neighbourhood 3 months ago. It is a man, wife, son 22 years old, daugher 9 years old. Their son likes to smoke weed and drinks beer sitting in his driveway in his suv. He smokes the weed in a way, it is hard to capture him on film doing it. He sits in his driveway next to my driveway and he has his music turned up in his suv as loud as it can be made to go up.My whole house shakes, rattles, it's boom, boom, boom. The other home owners are Hispanic they do not say anything. Their landlord spoke with the family 10 times about this loud music, for about 4 days the boy lays low and starts back every weekend. Tonight during the first football playoff towards end of game, the boy in his driveway had his music is so loud, my pic's were falling off the walls from the rattling of the bass, thump,thump.thump.I called the police, stuck my phone outdoors and the officers, could hear it, it sounds as loud as an out door concert. She took down the information in about 10 minutes after the call the boy turned it off he went inside and turned out all the lights they get up early. I just wanted to ask, since the police heard the music on the phone, but showing up it will have stopped, will the police still show up knock on their door and advise them, there have complaints of loud music, coming from their resdient or drive on by since he has since shut it off ?

You just in from the moon? Everything bad about anything is now "racist".
Signed a Hispanic Conservative and Christian who doesn't turn up crappy music in my driveway and is considerate to my neighbors
All I can say is I feel your pain b/c we have a similiar problem (minus the pot smoking). We bought a vacation home in Ft. Myers and it would be a slice of heaven if it wasn’t for the renters in the duplux across from us who seem to love loud “international music” that would wake the dead.
Check to see if your city/county has a noise ordinance. Also you can send the landlord a certified letter to make them aware of the problem. Keep records of the times/dates you’ve called LEO. Record the music using your camcorder. We were told if the problem continues and the landlord is aware but ignores the issue we can sue them for loss of enjoyment of our property (this is the next step we’ll take).
It’s just part of the obnoxious Mexican culture. They can’t communicate, so they turn up the bass on their on-deck speakers to the max to irritate their non-Mexican neighbors.
Just think of how wonderful it would be to have Switzerland instead of Mexico for a neighbor.
Not a battle you will win; move. Find a better neighborhood.
ABBA’s greatest hits at 6am is pretty effective too, I once found.
I seem to remember someone recommending a high power HAM rig for dealing with the loud stereos. Something about smoking his electronics by keying the mike.
You are a lying sack of .,,,,
Get the property owner’s home and cell phone numbers...put them on speed dial...every time you can hear the idiot’s music on your property ring the bastard up. Harass the property owner just as much as you are being harassed and psychologically assaulted.
What is the difference between Hispanic loud neighbors and loud neighbors?
wait..is he drinking a beer in the SUV with the keys in the ignition?
Call the cops on him for DWI!
A few times and they take the truck.
Problem solved :)
“Yes, 911? I’d like to report a drunk driver. He’s currently in his driveway with the radio playing and the engine running. I think he’s on his 5th or 6th beer. ya, the last song he played.. well.. I don’t know if I should say this.. But it was NWA’s uhhh... how do I put this.. eff the police. Oh oh I know! Also, I think I saw a pistol in his lap, but I am not sure. Yes, thank you, I can hear the sirens now”
Apparently its racist to say anything. They have been put on noticed before about playing loud Mexican music. I asked them to keep it down, the son elects to keep it up. He drives around the nighbourhood making a circle of about a mile with his music turned up as loud as it can go. It got so bad I had to put big rocks between our driveways. He was told not to park on my grass and week later 2 suv’s parked beside two other suv’s they were parked on my grass. I took pics of it. It happened again and again and again. They play loud hispanic Mexican loud music that everyone can hear. Unless they are dumb, they know their music is loud.It is not that complexed to understand what loud is. When they ran ran over my flowed beds and doubled parked on my grass, the landlord came over, they accuse me of being racist, they said I had parties last all hours of the night, people coming and going,I parked in their driveway, they had some guy fixing their roof and he said the racist ( me ) always stays drunk, he have loud parties all the time, he have the women coming and going, he park in their driveway all the time. I said I have photos to back up my claims and the landlord told him, he knows there are loud parties coming from their house. Because I said something I am racist, becuase I ask them not to destroy my grass and double park on it, I am racist. I asked them to stop stealing my land, but I am racist. I’ve asked over and over keep the music down, but I am racist. I am not meant to have any rights and if I do, I am racist. I say hispanic, I am racist.. I am racist it seems for being white. They cause all the problems and I am the one who is racist.
I was thinking an EMP. But I do think I ham with enough power directed at the truck could have the same effect.

Call the Code Enforcement people and tell them you think that landlord is illegally renting rooms on the property.
