There never has been a Dictator that didn't want the opposition disarmed. Is this case any different? The Americans that constructed our Constitution were well aware of this, and the intent of the Second Amendment was to remind our government that they worked for the people..

No standing army means gubmint disarmed—what’s wrong w/that!!!

Until the secret ConCon in Phila of the 1770s, we had such a government called the Articles of Confederation...the ConCon successfully, in effect, deep-sixed the good constitution for one full of holes that was, by stages, overtaken by the lefties, commies, call’em what you will.

And... it has taken us (y’all) all this time to finally see the light.

The CT dictators come in the form of Malloy, Blumenthal and Murphy, Larson, Esty and DeLauro...which is why the Capitol will be mobbed tomorrow, much to their dismay.
