The Scouts are not taking complaints calls on this.

I called their National supply line and was given the number 855-870-2178.

I called that number and was quickly told that line was for media only and they were only taking emails from concerned parents.

You can call the BSA at 972-580-2000 (during local business hours) and email them at myscouting@scouting.org.
