SEE:Poison pill? GOP governors divided over whether to accept ObamaCare Medicaid expansion

"Saying 'no' to this plan would not save these federal dollars from being spent or direct them to deficit reduction," Brewer determined. So far, five other Republican-led states -- Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Michigan and Ohio -- have announced support for the expanded program“

These five GOP governors are now complicit in the Obama Administration’s policies which will borrow this Medicaid expansion money from China, drastically increasing our national debt, and result in our nation’s younger generation being born into a situation of unprecedented indentured servitude under which their earned wages will be taxed away to pay interest and principal to China.

In my eyes these governors are willing accomplices giving aid an comfort to domestic enemies who are destroying our nation from within.

America we have a problem! We have a group of DOMESTIC ENEMIES who have managed to gain political power and whose mission is in fact to bring “change” to America ___ the dismantling of our military defensive power; the disarming of the American Citizen; the allowance of our borders to be overrun by foreign invaders, the diluting of our election process by allowing ineligible persons to vote; the circumvention of our Republican Form of Government which is now replaced with a 12 member committee vested with power to make law; the weakening and destruction of our manufacturing capabilities by tyrannical regulation; the transferring of America’s weapons of defense and military technology to hostile foreign nations; the strangulation of our agricultural industry and ability to produce food under the guise of environmental necessity; the infringement upon the American People’s inalienable right to make their own choices and decisions regarding their health care and medical needs; the intentional sabotaging of our nation’s health care delivery system, the taking of private property for purposes other than “public use” as limited by our federal Constitution; the interference with our ability to develop our natural resources, namely oil, coal and natural gas to fuel our economy; the looting of both our federal treasury and an unconstitutional federally mandated retirement fund; the brainwashing of our nation’s children in government operated schools; the trashing of our nation’s traditions and moral values; the creation of an iron fisted control unauthorized by our written Constitution over America’s businesses and industries; the devaluation of our nation’s currency by Federal Reserve Notes, a worthless script, having been despotically made a legal tender for all debts public and private; and, the future enslavement of our children and grand children via unbridled debt and inflation, not to mention an iron fisted government which intends to rule their very lives!

Is the average Ohioan REALLY going to cast his vote for Governor based on this issue?

Boy, I hope so. Kasich has show himself to be a filthy liar and a RINO, turning his back on ALL OHIOANS by this treacherous act.

I will join with other Ohioans to get this clown out of the capitol building.

As if my last, tiny reservoir of trust in the GOP wasn’t already obliterated by four years of backstabbing towards Palin and the tea party, and the constant capitulating to Obama and his agenda... here is John Kasich, whom I regarded for two decades as a reasonably reliable conservative, caving in to Obamacare.

Good grief, what the hell?? What is even the point of the GOP? It’s no longer an “opposition” party in even the mildest sense anymore. It’s like it’s become a fifth column, mouthing occasional conservative words and phrases for public consumption, but behind the scenes doing all it can to aid and abet Obama, from amnesty to Obamacare to pretty much everything. It’s just mind-boggling.

Michigan Governor Vanilla Boy Rick Snyder is beloved by members of the NOT Taxed Enough Already (NTEA)Party because he has and is willing to raise taxes on anything that moves or doesn’t move. In addition he has had his nose up the posterior of MaoBama for things like Federal funding for his pet bridge to Canada project and expansion of riderless public transit trains. His NTEA sycophants are either too stupid to understand or don’t care that the Federal government has to first rob productive people on payday in order to “give” the money back to people like Vanilla Boy Rick. He has been demanding that the legislature pave the way for his MaoBama health care exchange since he first was inflicted upon us in 2010.

Bizarre to see these attacks on Brewer and Kasich - decent conservatives both. ObamaCare is LAW, thanks mainly to the traitor John Roberts. It will never be repealed. These governors are not “complicit” with Obama. Their constituents and all Americans will pay the same amount regardless for the Obama-Roberts “tax”.

News from the President's Media Auxiliary: Politico Puts Kasich On Its Hit List
Posted by: Hugh Hewitt

Ohio' John Kasich is a popular and effective governor, and headed towards re-election.

So Politico decides to try and stir up problems with his base so it elevates a story about Kasich's decision to accept Obamacare' Medicaid expansion.

The issue is a close one.  Some GOP governors have said yes to the expansion, some no.  The conservative case for expansion is to get more federal dollars to use locally.  The conservative case against expansion is that it adds more people to the statewide Medicaid rolls.

The real conservative issue about Obamacare is whether states establish Obamacare "exchanges."  Governor Kasich refused to do this because these exchanges represent a loss of control by the state and, even worse, mask that loss of control from voters thus making the arrival of federal power in the state a hidden thing.

But Politico is looking to wound a Republican with a one-sided hit job, so it rounds up some critics --surprise, a Cato Institute talking head thinks its terrible, and over here is a Tea Party person-- but cannot find conservatives who want to make the argument for the expansion.  The shoddy reporting doesn't even give a list of where all the other GOP governors --there are 30-- have gone, letting us know that Rick Perry and Bobby Jindal have said no and Jan Brewer has said yes.  Real reporting would have come up with a list of all the 30 and their decisions, naming names and providing facts.

But this isn't reporting.  This is an attempt to weaken the strengthening Kasich re-elect effort.

Oh, did the story mention that Kasich is out campaigning for a tax cut for Buckeye voters or that Ted Strickland, the choice of Ohio Democrats to try and get back the statehouse, took a pass?

I'll try and get the governor on to talk about this issue, but whenever I see a great example of why the center-right thinks Politico has gone far, far left, leaving only non-agenda journalists Mike Allen and James Hohmann as cover, I like to point it out.  Perhapos Politico can send me one story about a Democratic governor facing re-election in a swing state who has upset his or her liberal base?

Meanwhile, Kasich's re-election website is here.  Go and help out the governor as a message to Politico that agenda-journalism doesn't hurt but helps the conservative targeted even as it reveals Politico as just another branch of the president's MSM Auxilliary.

This is NOT a conservative position, IMO.

Our Constitution and only those laws made in "pursuance thereof" are law.

Obamacare is not a law made in pursuance of our Constitution, but a law designed to circumvent the provisions of our Constitution especially the Ninth and Tenth Amendments under which the people have reserved to themselves the right to make their own choices and decisions regarding their medical and health care needs.

I suggest you take some time to study our Constitution, especially its declaratory and restrictive clauses.

Obamacare by consent of the governed (Article 5) our amendment process. Tyranny by a majority vote in Congress or a Supreme Court's majority vote

Well as an Ohioan, (presently) I sure as hell won`t vote for him again. IF republicRATS cave in to this expansion then why not start voting rats in, because those republicrats have, in essence, become rats? Its called resistance, and contrary to our leftist borg, its not futile!

This is an attempt to weaken the strengthening Kasich re-elect effort.

And it'll probably work. He was going to face opposition attacks of turning down "free" federal funds to expand Medicaid. Now he'll face conservative complaints for doing so and the Dems can make some effective attack ads showing Kasich isn't really against federal intrusion into health care.

Add to this all the new services Ohioans will be paying sales tax on and he'll face the added criticism of raising taxes. He's alienating the grass roots who might otherwise have come out in support of him if he'd stood firm in principle.

Brewer said "Saying 'no' to this plan would not save these federal dollars from being spent or direct them to deficit reduction."

These dollars? Is Gov. Brewer talking about dollars which will be borrowed from China to give to her State? Why would America have to borrow these dollars if she decided to not ask for this money like other thinking governors are doing?
