Many of us have questioned what causedRoberts to switch his vote on ObamaCare at the last minute, as repo..., and doing so, so late that the Conservative Justices were forced to rewrite their majority opinion to be minority dissent. These facts may answer that question.

...and undoubtedly lead to his impeachment...and of course were Roberts impeached, Obama would get to appoint another of his leftwing Kooks to the Court, and the country would be done for sure - maybe Roberts did the best he could to go along with the blackmail, yet leave enough unresolved that further challenges to the law are still probable........

i would agree but clarify: the gop elite leaders believe in the same kind of power over us as thge socialit libtards, they just believe they’ll do it better or their way raher than the democrats. i don’t lump all repubs into this group, but i do blame the aged, establishment, snug in their leadership power, repubs.

“Blackmail,, one more vote.”

If that’s the case, they’ve got him “in the bag” for all the important votes that come up.

Particularly where the Second Amendment is concerned...

WTF is the matter with you.

Read the ruling and quit deflecting.

Where in the constitution does it say the Govt. can impose a fee aka tax to create a health care system, be it obamadeathcare, medciad or medicare?

Roberts knew full well the Federal Govt. has no, zero, nada, enumerated powers to run a federal pension system , medical system, prescription drug system, etc.

Geez, you people call yourselves Freepers

Now it’s a matter of winning Congress, so it can be overturned.

There is the fantasy Congress, and then there's the real Congress. The latter closely matches the description of the second beast in Revelation, the one with two horns that makes the laws demanding prostration to the first beast.

What else to expect from a lawless regime?

Chief Justice Roberts gave power to Obama and Congress, kind of like the dragon in Revelation 13.

"You may need a super-majority to overturn the legislation, but you only needed a majority vote to dry up the funding"

Sure....but you KNOW how this works: Executive Orders.....cut funding for Obamacare, and they would just make it up by shuffling money from OTHER accounts, and in the case of these Usurpers, it would be the Military that would be the loser. Regulatory Agencies up the ass, have un-told Billions to spread around, as do all the Czars and their bloated budgets and staffs.

If it were so simple to "de-fund", there would have been efforts to choke-off money for Czars and Regulatory Agencies, already.

We have a one-party government, where vote-buying with tax money and destruction of Free Enterprise is the Agenda, and it cannot be stopped when there is NO ONE representing We The People (unless you are one of the 47% parasitic government-dependents; then YOU have "representation" to keep you voting for more handouts).

Obama told Roberts to finally end this ineligibility thing once and for all before someone in his cabinet turns on him.

That makes a lot of sense.

Love your tagline... A simple exercise in math and compound interest at this point.

Roberts simply disgusts me. He supported Obamacare out of cowardice, plain and simple. Principles had nothng to do with it. Had he voted against it he would have been subjected to charges of revenge as both Obama and Biden voted against his confirmation. He just couldn’t stand the idea of being attacked by the idiots at the Wsshington Post and New York Times. Now, like some other conservative apostates, he was complimented for having “grown,” i.e., sucking up to the left.
