Two or three individuals with the necessary, backed up by an FFL with a Class III trading facility, would be able to handle any gun your "little old lady" might care to sell, even the scary one that her uncle had from years before, that turns out to be a very nice M-14 in excellent condition that would otherwise fall to the Feds for nothing.
