Thank you Chaplain. I was trying to bring a little levity to this inane conversation by saying C-Section babies weren’t “natural born”. You however, have managed to inject a little sober truth to the discussion that probably wont do anything to those who don’t want their closed minds to be confused with facts. There is no such paperwork that refers to a born citizen becoming a “native born citizen.” Why? Because there is NO distinction between a born citizen and a “NBC”. There only born citizens and naturalized citizens.
It continues to amaze me that both parties have such difficulty in finding a single candidate born in the U.S.A. of parents who are also citizens!
Sheesh! I figure over 90 percent of Americans fit that bill. And, the parties can’t find enough people from that pool to run for Prez???
No wonder our government is so screwed up; they’re all a bunch of foreigners, LOL!

You do not have to be born in the US to be a NBC.
You simply have to be born without citizenship to any other country except the US.
The NBC requirement to be president was manly done as a way to prevent war like the wars that had taken place in Europe for centuries as the ruler of one country laid clam to another country simply because of their “birth right”.
No president of this country could ever make the claim to another country as his “birth right”.
That’s incorrect. The following text is from The State Department’s Foreign Affairs Manual.
7 FAM 1113 NOT INCLUDED IN THE MEANING OF “IN THE UNITED STATES”
c. Birth on U.S. Military Base Outside of the United States or Birth on U.S. Embassy or Consulate Premises Abroad:
(1) Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to U.S. jurisdiction and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth.”

The Senate explicitly deemed McCain eligible based on:
1. having TWO US citizen parents and
2. on his father being US military on active duty and
3. the Panama Canal being pseudo-US territory.
None of these three distinguishing facts regarding McCain apply to Cruz.
Whether Democrats object to Cruz’s eligibility will depend on whether Barry is found to have been born in Kenya sometime before the 2016 election.
If proved to have been born in Kenya, Barry would have similar eligibility status as Cruz: born on foreign soil having only one US citizen parent, the mother, although Cruz’s mom met the residence prior to birth requirement to pass US citizenship, while SADO did not.
Barry’s legal defense team and the Congressional Research Offiece have already cited the case Marguet-Pillado in the 9th Circus to justify NBC status for any person having a mere biological tie to a US citizen at birth, so Cruz supporters in the GOP would be expected to embrace this dubious legal lower court precedent as well:

In support of the opinion in US v Marguet-Pillado, 9th Cir. 2011, Judge Gwin, writing for the majority in his “III Analysis” dicta, states: “No one disputes that Marguet-Pillado’s requested instruction was ‘an accurate statement of the law,’ in that it correctly stated the two circumstances in which an individual born in 1968 is a natural-born United States citizen: (1) that the person was born in the United States or (2) born outside the United States to a biologically-related United States citizen parent who met certain residency requirements.” On March 1, Sheriff Arpaio’s Posse re-opened the possibility that Obama was born in Kenya by announcing that it had found probable cause to believe that Obama’s long form birth certificate was forged, newspaper birth announcements were unreliable, and that there was now no proof that Obama was born in the USA. A week earlier, with full knowledge of what the Arpaio Posse’s findings would be, “constitutional scholar” Obama’s legal team suddenly started citing the Marguet-Pillado case in multiple PA and GA ballot eligibility state appeals. The following language is included by Obama’s lawyers in the PA and GA MTD filings: “President Obama was a United States citizen from the moment of his birth inHawaii. Since he held citizenship from birth, all Constitutional qualifications have beenmet. Ankeny v. Governor of State of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678 (Ind. App., 2009); see,United States v. Marguet-Pillado , 648 F.3d 1001, 1006 (9thCir., 2011). Like I said in my earlier post. Please point to case law or the writings of the Founding Fathers that support your definition of Natural Born Citizen.
Please also explain the other Presidents (IE Not including OBama) who failed to live up to your standards of Natural Born Citizen.

LOL! Tell that to every SCOTUS that has mentioned the phrase “Natural Born” in their rulings. They admit that there is such a thing as a Natural Born Citizen, but are reticent to define exactly what it is.

What part of the Constitution states that a person must be a "breath of fresh air" to be eligible for POTUS? Don't get me wrong, but "breath of fresh air" is not the eligibility test.
That is just unethical.
So If Pa and Ma are in the service of the country and sacrifice comfort and prosperity to serve the country, their offspring are penalized?
That just aint American.
Or at the very least it should not be American.
I would continue to push Cruz. Let’s see how the Democrats react. If the Democrats set a precedent with Obama, I don’t see why we should undermine Cruz.
Cruz should be used in this manner to shove the Obama is Ineligible FACT way down the liberal throats in the media, we should call them the pejorative “Birthers” for a change!!!
