So the cost of getting a certified copy of ALL the information from the long-form, as required by DHHL, went up 50% as a result of that “policy” that went into effect on April 27, 2011. Hawaii law says that if a policy raises the cost of a service more than 10% it has to be approved through the formal amendment process, which requires posting of the proposed rule change, public hearings, and the signature of the governor before going into effect.

Hmmm. I haven't seen that stated before. Very interesting. We know that the Hawaii DHHL has been corrupt for a long time, but this particular bit of corruption is current, and pretty hard for them to dodge. I'd be interested to know what excuse they give--them and their crooked political masters. What does the Governor of Hawaii have to say about this blatant violation of the law?

I suppose it's much like Obama starting a war with Libya without bothering to consult the Senate or the people. He does it because he can, so shut up. Same with Hawaii.

It was the corruption at the HDOH and in other Hawaii governmental entities that convinced me I needed to go public with the information about that corruption. Before that I was just looking for answers to resolve the issue in my own mind so I could move on, but when I realized the lawlessness of the government agencies, I knew that had to be confronted. To me this has always been primarily a law enforcement issue, because so many crimes have been committed.
