Bugle comes with papers place. I put the pouches in canning jars and vacuum pack it.

Make sure you have both menthol and regular tobacco put back.

Top tobacky also comes with the rolling papers. As far as canning the products, both Top and Bugler comes in the large 6 ounce cans vacuumed packed. We just leave them unopened. When the time comes to parcel it out, that little trick you do is good advice to keep it fresh.

I can't believe how expensive (even in a commissary) that stuff has become. Back in '08 when we heard the taxes were going up 3 hundred per cent, I bought out 2 commissaries! Cost over one large, but, I knew it was going to go out of sight. Have procured some pipe tobacco and chew since then... It won't go to waste, I can assure you!
