Hold on. Would this apply to people who are in possession of guns during crimes? You know, would this apply to criminals?

No?

Why not?

You know, of course, that anything introduced by that whacko Carolyn Maloney is going nowhere.

Hey Maloney:

How about mandatory jail time for career criminals who commit armed felonies regardless of the choice of weapon, and please leave the other 85 million non-criminal gun owners the hell alone, you little Fascist runt?

The demonrats are comprised of 85% laywers. Insurance is another mechanism for the effin leeches (lawyers) to make their billions of dollars. ‘Nuff said.

Just another infringement of the Second Amendment. You shouldn’t have to buy insurance for a right.

Title 18 U.S.C. § 242 : US Code - Section 242: Deprivation of rights under color of law
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States

-----

Regulating the amount of ammunition is an INFRINGEMENT....forcing someone to by insurance for a secured Right is an INFRINGEMENT.......fining someone for NOT having said insurance is an INFRINGEMENT!

Surely there's a conservative legal foundation or lawyer somewhere that could slap these 'servants of the People' back into their place!

I’ve proposed that any agent of the government who, through execution of his job, can infringe on the liberty of a citizen,

must carry private malfeasance insurance, which cannot be paid for as part of compensation.

Minimal coverage should be affordable, but anyone who has had to pay a claim should have their rates jacked to the point where they are forced to quit.
