The Obama administration is openly escalating its campaign against private gun ownership, and shaking up the top ranks of the military command structure -- but is it also preparing to make war on the American population? According to a person identified as a former senior military official, the answer to that shocking question is yes.
World-renowned educator and human rights activist Jim Garrow says that the source, man regarded as "one of America's foremost military heroes," told him that President Obama is using a new litmus test for "determining who will stay and who must go" among top-ranked military leaders. That test is whether they will fire on US citizens or not. Garrow says that his source made the disclosure in order to "sound the alarm" over the administration's plans.
While Garrow will not yet reveal the identity of the source, it's important to note that Garrow himself is a man of considerable accomplishment. He is the founder of the Bethune Institute, which has established hundreds of schools throughout China. Three years ago, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his work though a group called Pink Pagoda, which combat "gendercide" in China -- that is, the practice of rescuing baby girls who had been abandoned or targeted for infanticide because of the government's one-child policy. He was personally involved in helping to save the lives of more than 50,000 Chinese girls. He joins Gary Franchi on WHDT World News to discuss this new "Litmus Test."

Keep in mind that while some soldiers would hesitate when ordered to fire on Americans, the majority probably would not. It would not come down to a matter of conscience, but a matter of conditioning. You can bet that the troops would be thoroughly "briefed" beforehand and most would believe that they were doing their patriotic duty.
I have thought all along that 0bama is setting himself up to be dictator. 0bama's move to purge the Generals that would put The Constitution first is a step to ensure that he would not encounter any opposition when he makes his move, and I certainly don't expect congress to do anything. The courts, all the way up to the SCOTUS are in his pocket, so he is just a couple of moves away.
Look how hard it has been in Iraq and Afghanistan dealing with at most 25,000 insurgents. Russia threw up it’s hands and withdrew from Afghanistan.
I would hope that America could field quite a few more if it comes to it. I certainly wouldn’t want to continue to live in a country that has slipped into an authoritarian dictatorship, nor would many others. Once they step over that line, there’s nothing much left to lose.
Obama was elected TWICE. The danger of a democracy, or even a democratic republic, is that the low information voter will get used to voting himself some of your money. Look around at every other democracy, it has happened everywhere.
Am I surprised at such a revelation? I’ve thought for some time that the willingness to fire upon American Civilians was a litmus test for advancement to 0-6 and above.
But as I contemplate the decreasing morale on our military around the world as the result of nearly insane Rules of Engagement on the enemy/insurgents who are not clearly identified by uniform from the general population and the resulting increase of casualties as the consequences. I have to wonder, if the order comes down to wage war on “American Insurgents” will the same rules apply or will they be relaxed to the point that even the slightest provocation or suspicion of belligerence will be cause for lethal force?
Your guess is as good as mine. But I think that the consequences and backlash to such actions will be like a “terrible swift sword”.

OK, smarty. Do you recall Capt Ernest Medina and Lt William Calley of Vietnam infamy? I was in the military at the time and I vividly remember the “training” we received after the bad press generated by My Lai - follow orders first and question later. Now, firing on Americans is a different matter, but those students at Kent State might beg to differ.

A student or a non-student shit stirrer at Kent State fired the first shot. It was intended to provoke a violent incident.
What should have been the rules of engagement for the National Guard? Wait until someone takes a bullet before firing?
I've never heard or read that, though I don't doubt it. But this makes my point: Even if the soldiers have no intention of firing on Americans, they are likely to be placed in a scenario where their options are very limited. And as you point out, the Rules of Engagement will be vague, but defined by the Generals who owe fealty to 0bama.

Obama gives the order, and American troops immediately seize every firearm in the country, killing or imprisoning anyone who dares to resist, then all the remaining conservatives, patriots, and normal Americans are rounded up and shipped in box cars to the FEMA re-education camps.

No “shot” was fired by a student. Somebody reported hearing a shot/fireworks, and the order was given to fire. Those (four) students killed were not near the demonstration, but traversing the campus between classes. The point being, an order was given to fire upon U.S. citizens on U.S. soil. The order was obeyed. The right or wrong of it matters not. It happened.
Isn’t the problem inherent in the concept of “democratic”? As long as there was a concept of “constitutional republic” rather than “democratic republic” or “democracy” we had a chance. Most people think you are crazy if you tell them this country is NOT supposed to be a democracy but the constitution clearly guarantees to each state a “republican” form of government, the word democracy or democratic does not appear nor does “representative democracy” even though some supposedly educated people may think so.
Inherent in the word democracy is the idea that every citizen should vote, this is a fatal error, a constitutional republic allows for qualifications on voting and this country started on the road to destruction when we began to drop voter qualifications, now we don’t even require citizenship or the ability to fog a mirror in practice. When illegal aliens and corpses can vote their is little point in going to the polls.
