FOX News Sunday ^ | 03-31-2013 | Chris Wallace

Posted on 04/04/2013 6:24:10 AM PDT by Accessible Pudding

Well, I think, after something like, you know, 20 first graders being murdered in their classrooms, you know, it is important to take action. And the American people are demanding action now. You know, the timeline of that, you know, sometimes, especially with a polarized Congress, these things can take a long time.

Who made Mark Kelly the spokesperson for this push to increase barriers to hamper gun ownership? I believe Mark Kelly was discredited when his pit-bull attacked and killed a seal while visiting a California beach. Should there be restriction placed on dog ownership? Besides who needs to own a dog that is really bred to attack innocent animals and people? Mr. Kelly is using his wife's tragedy as a platform to gain support for his run for office. That is all.

“You know...you know...you know...you know...” Sounds like half of the interviews with professional athletes.

I took a seminar once where I had to speak extemporaneously to the rest of the class. Those in the audience were to slam a book on the table each time I said, “you know” or, “like” or even paused longer than a few seconds. Ouch. Double ouch, like, you know, it was horrible. I learned to speak.

You know, I wish Mr. you know, Mr. Kelly, you know, could like, you know, actually speak, you know, without you know, having to, you know, constantly repeat those two you know words.

You do know it was his daughter’s dog and he pulled the dog away from the seal.

Well the dog should have remained on a leash on a public beach.

Kelly is already prohibited from purchasing firearms openly, so why is he even in this debate.

Know what I’m sayin?

If it was his daughter's pit bull it was his pit bull. And he got control of his pit bull and pulled it away after it had already killed the seal.

He oughta be the poster boy for pit bull control.

His daughter is an adult(18). Why is it his dog? And the dog was on a leash but broke free when it saw the seal.

Maybe stronger leash control laws?

Why didn’t Commander Mark filet the seal, barbecue it on the beach, and serve it to the starving homeless victims of the Baraqqi Depression?

Pit bulls are a dangerous, deadly breed, bred to attack and to kill. People who own them are likewise dangerous and are clearly lacking the good judgment and restraint to be trusted with them. This incident is typical, and is proof of the need to keep pit bulls off the street, and off the beach.

Also, unless the killer pit bull was a pup at the time it killed the helpless seal, we may assume that it was a mature killer pit bull at the time, and Mark Kelly needs to prove that the killer pit bull was acquired AFTER his daughter's recent 18th birthday, otherwise, as a responsible, high profile public figure spokesman on behalf of the public interest, it was HIS killer pit bull that killed on that day, at that place, in his presence.

:)
