I believe Mark Kelly was discredited when his pit-bull attacked and killed a seal while visiting a California beach. Should there be restriction placed on dog ownership? Pit bulls are a dangerous, deadly breed, bred to attack and to kill. People who own them are likewise dangerous and are clearly lacking the good judgment and restraint to be trusted with them. This incident is typical, and is proof of the need to keep pit bulls off the street, and off the beach.

Also, unless the killer pit bull was a pup at the time it killed the helpless seal, we may assume that it was a mature killer pit bull at the time, and Mark Kelly needs to prove that the killer pit bull was acquired AFTER his daughter's recent 18th birthday, otherwise, as a responsible, high profile public figure spokesman on behalf of the public interest, it was HIS killer pit bull that killed on that day, at that place, in his presence.
