Um, seems to me the democrips contolled Nixon’s fate. We’ve seen what fraudulent republicants will do to protect a scumbag like crinton the rapist, and the democrips control the congressional body which would run an impeachment trial, and Harry the fraudulent Mormon runs that, and there are dozens of republicants with too many degenrate histories to uphold impeachment letters, so tell me how the Nixon era is relevant to the obamaroid era?
If one or more of Obama’s underlings goes down for document fraud, Obama will be out of office soon after. Politicians won’t save obvious crooks. That’s the point of Nixon. No one wanted to save him from either side. Democrats were able to form a bloc to protect IFP Clinton because perjury to cover up infidelity (in their minds) is a procedural issue or technicality, not a criminal issue. Document manipulation to commit fraud would be a different matter entirely. And there’s no way Obama will be able to divorce himself from such fraud.
Then again, if you’ve got proof that he’s ineligble for whatever reason, please present such proof. I know many people would be interested in seeing proof of ineligibility. Remember that under our system he does t have to disprove these conspiracies...you have to prove your statements that he’s ineligible. I await whatever documentation, photographic evidence, eyewitness statements or what have you that prove ineligibility.

Yes. That's the venue for Arlen Specter's "Not proven." The Senate voted on the articles of impeachment, and did not adopt them. Before they voted, evidence and argument were presented for the Senate's consideration.

Once Nixon leaves office, the case is half moot. Of impeachment convictions, the vast majority only impose removal from office. In February, I had the opportunity to talk with a family friend who served as Postmaster for 30 years in Illinois. I showed him the postmark of Obama’s 1980 Selective Service registration. I did not show him the entire document, only a copy of the postmark.

As many of you may already know there is controversy about the year, 1980, on the registration. It reads “08” when it should be “1980” and the “08” is off center. Well, former postmaster’s response was that he’d never seen anything like that before. He went on to explain to me how the date is changed on the stamp. His exact words were, “That can’t be official”.
If Obama registered for the draft in 1980 why did the SS provide a falsified document under FOIA?
And incidentally, the Selective Service is an independent civilian agency within the EXECUTIVE BRANCH of the Federal Government.

Carter re-instituted draft registration in July 1980.
The penalty for failing to register is, upon conviction, a fine of up to $250,00 or imprisonment for up to five years, or both. Persons who fail to register may be denied federal financial aid, including Pell Grants, Federal loans, etc. They may not participate in any Federal job training programs or be hired within many areas of the Federal Government.

Sure, it’s possible. It’s also possible that he was in fact born in Honolulu on August 5, 1961, as he says. Got proof otherwise? Admissible in court proof? That’s the standard and the burden doesn’t fall to him to prove. It falls to those making the allegations. Where’s the beef?
Here the thing. You don’t need to prove Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii. All you have to show is that the public record is not clear, such as how his 1991 bio said he was born in Kenya, his wife said his home country was Kenya, and his stepgrandmother said he passed through her hands and that he is a “son of the soil.” For Obama’s claim of Hawaiian birth to then hold up, the burden is now on him to present a certified document in court. If he did, it would be self-authenticating, but only if the opposing party gets a chance to inspect the alleged document prior to its submission. Otherwise any claim is nothing more than hearsay. That’s how the rules of evidence work. The claims of Kenyan birth are just as compelling as any claim Obama was born in Hawaii, especially since he is the source of one of those born-in-Kenya claims.
