While I may not agree with the interpretation of "Natural Born"...it's a settled matter, he's President and the bell can't be unrung.
It's most definitely NOT a "settled matter" and will continue to be a problem until it becomes settled. Obama was sworn in as President, twice, and yes, most likely all his acts as President will be sustained even if he was and remains ineligible for the office. But that too, it not really settled.
Meanwhile, the word is "stuned" not "stunned". Look it up.
Suppose you won the lottery and 100 million dollars. Several years later it is discovered or even suspected that you forged the winning ticket. That’s ok says the State Treasurer - “ that bell’s been rung- can’t do a darn thing about it now” - see how fast that works for you. You’d have a lein on all your property in about 15 minutes
With that line of reasoning, once you commit the crime, you cannot be held liable for it. Impressive.
