As he had an Indonesian passport and Indonesian law requires renouncing your citizenship, Obama as an 18 year old had the right to get back his US citizenship by registering with the SSA for the draft. While you are at it look up his registration and note that it has been proven fake.
This means, clearly by the letter of the law, Obama is not an American Citizen.
