<.....the big concern for home schools and private schools is that if the adoption of the CCSS leads to a national curriculum and ultimately national testing it will pressure them to teach their students according to the standards as well.

.... Recent statements from the College Board announce that they are making the move to changing the SAT to reflect the CCSS as well.>

From the article.
..... If the SAT is based on one curriculum, this move will seriously affect private school and home school students who take the SAT.

..... This may also cause colleges to accept only students who have an education based on the CCSS.

Essentially, the future is wrought with questions for homeschoolers and privately educated students if the Common Core Standards are nationally implemented.

The tentacles of what is taught and who can teach and the forcing their system, by making it required is highly dangerous ...by who decides what is to be taught and what is to be emphasized, and if resistance is high in the beginning it might not be too objectionable, but that will change. Realize it is Obama pushing this and we know his support of Socialism and his disdain for our Constitution, etc. It is entirely too dangerous to allow it or be implemented. MOO!!!

Our children deserve an America not a 1984 World. we must see what is coming and stop it now!!!
