Thank you for taking the time to write and for the concerns you have expressed. There are a couple of points of analysis, though, in determining whether a criminal charge can be filed, regardless of the charge or who the suspect might be. The first is whether I have jurisdiction over the case. That requires that some conduct had to have occurred in Maricopa County for me to have jurisdiction. From the Sheriff’s Office investigation into suspect documents produced by the White House to date, that investigation has not revealed any evidence that conduct occurred in Maricopa County. I have discussed this with the Sheriff. As for any issues regarding qualifications or information provided regarding the Presidential Election itself, that is a statewide election. Under Arizona law, the Secretary of State and the Attorney General have jurisdiction over statewide elections. I do not.
I will share with you, as well, that the criminal statute you cited in your message requires additional evidence that the MCSO investigation to date has not uncovered. Specifically, we would need evidence to affirmatively prove that Mr. Obama is not a US citizen. To date, there has been evidence presented leading to speculation that documents have been forged and other documents do not exist. That alone, though, is not sufficient evidence to present to a grand jury and actually have a reasonable likelihood of conviction. I cannot speak for other prosecutors at the state level around the rest of the country or for prosecutors at the federal level but Arizona’s ethics rules do not permit prosecutors to file a charge they can only hope to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt....

BS...Fraud was committed on the citizens of Maricopa County, when a phony birth certificate was presented to the state, declaring eligibility.
His jurisdictional claim is bogus. The Scty. of State is located in Maricopa County. Submitting false documents to the Scty. would be crime.
The purpose of a grand jury is to investigate. The grand jury may or may not return an indictment.
A.R.S. § 21-401(2) "Grand jury" means a body of the required number of qualified persons who are duly convened and impanelled by the presiding judge of the superior court and who are sworn to inquire into public offenses that may be tried within the county, including corrupt or willful misconduct in office of public officials within the county.
A.R.S. § 21-413 The grand jury shall return an indictment charging the person under investigation with the commission of a public offense if, from all the evidence taken together, it is convinced that there is probable cause to believe the person under investigation is guilty of such public offense.

Zullo claims that the quality of evidence proving forgery has significantly increased several times over AFTER Sept. 2013...and after the election, unfortunately.
Specifically, AFTER this Sept 2013 letter a federally certified forensic DIGITAL document laboratory (doubtless able to withstand a “Daubert challenge”) has proved beyond any doubt that Barry’s WH pdf BC is a forgery.
This new, upgraded level of proof of forgery may have already led to secret criminal investigations being commenced in AZ and other states as well.
Zullo has most recently stated that ONLY a congressional investigation based on the new forensic evidence of forgery could result in Barry being removed as POTUS, so he and Arpaio are pushing hardest to get a congressional investigation going, as being preferable to county DA, state AG or SOS investigations.

Thanks for the ping. Arpaio & Zullo have done incredible work. They are simply relentless. This isn’t over. It may still take a while to play out, but my $ is still on Team Apaio. He & Zullo have mounted the most serious challenge to Obama so far. The odds of them quitting short of their goal are remote.
OT, but fwiw, Kevin DuJan thinks Obama was coked out of his mind the night of Benghazi. He seems to think it’s an either/or between that & Reggie Love. I guess DuJan wasn’t paying attention when Larry Sinclair spelled it out: it is a both/and.

SOMEONE at the state level committed fraud when they allowed 0bama to be on the ticket without verifying. hell, they’ve committed fraud if they didn’t collect Romney’s information, as they don’t know if he’s eligible to be on the ticket. the same for EVERY candidate for every federal office, as you MUST insure they are citizens

find the person on the state level that approved the names without verifying... then demand they get verification of eligibility... or file charges.
if they received fraudulent qualifying papers, then fraud was committed in the jurisdiction and the sheriff should be able to prosecute.
Nancy Pelosi first verified his eligibility, all the while knowing he was not eligible.
