Same here. That paragraph jumped out at me when I read the book. Ever since then, I think of it whenever I meet someone with Down's Syndrome.

Yes we all know that Sarah Palin could kick his ass, but the one the dimwitted ass should be worried about is Todd Palin. From what I have heard from “snow machine” racers Todd Palin likes to drink and raise hell with the best of them. Just an Alaskan good ole boy who lets his wife get all the spotlight, but cross him and your ass is grass. Bill Maher is due an ass kicking, that’s for damn sure.
