On June 13, 2013, Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits [embedded below] submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)
This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.
At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of SS-5, Social Security original application of “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.

Me too. I once and assumed he did register when I saw that.
What a joke. I registered around the same time, but he didn’t. He just phoned it in 30 years later. I took it very serious. I also remember the interview that POS did, and he said he would have joined the military if we were at war. The POS coward couldn’t even sign up to register because we were on the verge of war with Iran.
He’s a draft dodging bag of crap, taking America for a ride. He belongs in jail for this forgery and thereby mocking every American that did register.
If Soc Sec releases Harrison Bounels number, and its the same number as Obamas, it should open a Selective service fraud investigation. How does a 90 year old man from Connecticut register for the draft at a US post office in Hawaii?
Orly needs a rebuttal witness.
In her previous case, the SSA filed a response with the Court it had adequately searched and provided copies of all documents found except for the documents associated with a living person. Obama’s SSA documents are exempt under the Privacy Act from exposure. Any data found on Obama’s Form SS-5; such as the address of the applicant or the zip code of the applicant, are exempt from exposure because he is a living person.
Orly repeatedly asserts the number was originally assigned to Bounel and he is not alive because he was born over 120 years ago. Orly needs a witness to testify the number was originally assigned to Bounel and stay focused on Bounel. Any mention of Obama’s documents will lead to dismissal because of the Privacy Act.
Amen! I am not disappointed by these politicians because my faith has never been in them. If anything, their behavior has pretty much met my expectations. My faith is in God and I am merely a spectator whose hopes are that I will bear witness to his mercy.

If Bounel is a Russian immigrant, he didn’t come through Ellis Island. Their database shows no entries with the first name Harrison and the last name beginning with the letters “Bou”. There is a Harrison T. Borden (DOB 1867) and there are 33 entries for the first name Harry with a last name beginning with the letters “Bou” but only two of those begin with “Boun” (Harry B. Bounds and Harry Bounty).
The name Harrison Bounel first appeared in the public databases in November, 2009. That may be why Susan Daniels never found it. IIRC most of her searches were before that date. As it is Susan Daniels says the Bounel stuff is a myth.

Orly could use the IRS to rebut any claims Bounel’s SSN application cannot be found by subpoenaing Bounel’s tax filings.
Orly claimed Bounel was a resident of Connecticut. She subpoena his tax filings in Connecticut to rebut any claims from SSA Bounel’s SSN cannot be found.
Was the Harrison Bounel name fished out to Orly by Foggers?? They did something similar when they created a fake Kenyan birth certificate. Maybe that name wasn’t really the historical name associated with the SSN that Obama is using.

Al says that the CT SS# doesn’t return ANY hits on his numerous SSN databases, so neither Barry nor “Bounel” were ever issued the number in his opinion. This contradicts Susan Daniels claims that the number was issued in March 1977. Note that e-Verify does not affirm the number being issued to Barry (or to Bounel, IIRC).
Al says that Bounel appears to be an alias of Barry that is associated specifically with the S. Greenwood address, phone # and spouse, Mooshell beginning in 2009.
If this is true, Barry is not using the stolen identity of Bounel but rather someone is doubling up on Barry’s unassigned SS# and that someone is either Barry or someone else.
The above appears to be consistent with Arpaio’s refusal to go down a rat-hole of trying to litigate to break through all of Barry’s privacy protection, including control of SSA, which could take years. Much better for Apraio to go for forensic proof that the pdf is forged.
Susan Daniels does say that the link to Bounel of bogus, yet Orly has tried to merge Daniels claim of a 1890 birthdate associated with Barry’s SS# with debt collector Al’s Bounel alias being associated with that SS#.
It is not clear to me that Judge Lamberth will see enough evidence from Orly to conclude that Bounel has an 1890 birthday and also that Bounel was ever issued a SS#. If Lamberth doesn’t see that evidence he won’t rule that Lamberth’s SS-5 should be released, IMO.
