The filing claims that private individual have copies of documents proving that our alleged "president" claimed not to be a US citizen. Where are the copies? I am not convinced either way on Obama's legal citizenship, although I am certain Obama feels no loyalty to America as a free country. As for this Taitz claim, if true, I would have expected to see copies of the document rather than more nebulous paperwork. In the absence of such evidence, I wish Taitz would go away so that we can focus on opposing Obama's evil agenda rather than on this sideshow.

I am confident he was actually born in Hawaii, but then used the “foreign student” angle to pay for his college education fraudulently. This is why so many pieces from his college days describe him as being from indonesia/kenya.

I'm going on the assumption that Taitz butchered the organization name and really meant the Higher Education Services Corporation of New York which is located in Albany. My question then is why would a state agency dedicated to providing tuition funding assistance to New York state residents be providing scholarships to a foreign national?

Definitely agree with you. I might have been tempted to use something snappy like “Obama Crime Syndicate” or “Obama-Soros Cartel.” The “Clinton-Obama Comintern International” would work too.
I agree that he was born in Hawaii. One of the Conservative blogs I read (I forget which) had pulled out microfilm of his birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser from Aug. 5, 1961. That would be one helluva conspiracy theory to plant that in a Hawaii newspaper for a Kenyan baby because you were 100% confident he would one day be POTUS.
Arguments on the birth certificate are over narrow grounds as to whether he technically qualified as “native born”, given the law at that time.

Could be. He was adopted by Lolo Soetoro and Mummy Dearest gave up his US citizenship for Indonesian citizenship. Lolo I believe attended Occdental on a foreign student scholarship and got Barry the same deal. So if Barry was not a US citizen in college there goes his eligibility for POTUS. There is no evidence that he ever repatriated.

What's really crazy is that the US STILL doesn't have a procedure where anyone registering to run in a presidential primary isn't vetted for being eligible.
when I first heard Beck talking about his story, he said it would bring down the entire government including high ranking members of both parties and branches. He said a senator was there when he said that in a meeting, and the senator then said, “If so, what are you waiting for? Do it”.
This thing here doesn’t sound like it would do that, if Beck’s claim that his story would do that can be believed.
Unless...everybody in DC knows this is true of Obama and is helping to cover it up.

You forget that Obama’s birth could have been self reported (by mom or grandparents) to a regional Hawaii health department office and that would have triggered the birth announcements to the newspapers. The Cold Case Posse has evidence from birth announcements where two babies were foreign born two years prior to Obama but were placed in the 1961 birth announcements.
