Posted on 06/23/2013 3:22:46 PM PDT by Lazamataz
A large fleet container ship named the Mol Comfort was carrying weapons from the U.S. to the FSA Rebels in Syria when it suddenly split in half in the Indian Ocean and sank, as it was making its way from Singapore to Jeddah. On board were 4,500 containers loaded with U.S. arms for the Syrian rebels.
The cause for this sudden accident is still being reported publicly as unknown.
As more news becomes available from Syria, it will be reported here.
Kinda like TWA Flight 800 except the shot was horizontal instead of vertical?
“MOL = Muslims Out of Luck”
MOL is also known as Mistui OSK Lines.
“bottom of the sea”
So bo lost his guns at the bottom of a lake, too???
>>> BUZZ KILLER WARNING <<<
Free Republic Detective Freepersup answering roll call- Here! Per the video news report: last intended voyage of 3rd largest container ship. Container contents are unknown. I repeat: container contents are unknown. This ship breakup isn’t unlike a fire fighting aircraft coming apart owing to a lifetime of stress. Need a BS meter on scene STAT. DEBKA? is that you DEBKA?
If true this is definitely a center fuel tank explosion. I wonder if any AC units were under the CFT?
Would it be too much to ask that 1000 containers of pork rinds wash up in Somalia?
Good for them if they did.
Maybe more like the hand of God.
Another fast and furious scam down the drain. Obama is doing his best to arm the bad guys, and things keep going wrong.
LOL! Was that ship named the SS FreeRepublic?
pardon me, while I have a laugh....
“...and I thought my boating accident with my firearms on board was bad...”
Is the stern also missing in the top photo?
it was making its way from Singapore to Jeddah.
This article says "the 316-m-long vessel was carrying 4,500 containers from Saudi Arabia".
Saudi Arabia is about 6,700 miles from Singapore.
The iron content in the water here in Texas is pretty high. Now I know why. Texans are clumsy when it comes to guns in boats.
The Shot Heard Around the World Part Deux???
Ok Singapore is in the Pacific, Jeddah is in the Middle East. Exactly how are arms shipped to the pacific any use to Syrian rebels/ Al Kida?/s
"chit..that red container on the fourth level has my shipment of 36 cartons of illegal bacon flavored worm pills from Singapore....along with my French blow up kitty
Wow, I need to check to see if pigs are buzzing around outside. Who could have predicted a 20+ year US military veteran would be cheering a Russian sub for torpedoing a cargo ship of US supplied weapons?
Way to go Vlad!
