The Left doesnt actually like or revere our Constitution. They only shout its praises when theyre able to defeat it in the courts or on our streets. Yesterday the Gay Left loved the Constitution because they were able to get the cowardly Justice Kennedy to join their four saboteurs in ruling that marriage cannot be defined by the citizens of America, but must be defined by Washingtons cocktail party set.
The meaning of the Supreme Courts rulings on Californias Gay marriage ban and the federal DOMA is as yet unclear, but they were certainly victories for our enemies. Do these rulings mean Gay marriage for everyone in any state; or just in California? Do they overturn the law in the 34 states now prohibiting Gay marriage? Thats unclear, but they surely add strength to the...

In California, a ballot proposition is a proposed law that is submitted to the electorate for approval in a direct vote (or plebiscite). It may take the form of a constitutional amendment or an ordinary statute. A ballot proposition may be proposed by the State Legislature or by a petition signed by members of the public under the initiative system. In California a vote on a measure referred to voters by the legislature is a mandatory referendum; a vote to veto a law that has already been adopted by the legislature is an optional referendum or “people’s veto”; the process of proposing laws by petition is the initiative.
Can someone explain to me, how the citizens have the right to put forth ballot propositions (often because the state legislators refuses to do it) but when the state refuses to defend it against appeals, these same citizens have no right to defend it?
Yes, the ruling that citizens of the United States have no “standing” in it’s highest court was beyond infuriating.
And Cdl Dolan will let them right in.
as I’ve said before, they will not be happy until they can sodomize any man, woman or child, in the church of their preference with the pastor’s blessing, and the sodomized being forced to say “I enjoy it sir!”
We lose because we do not effectively resist. We are falling under the total control of a coalition of perverts, Third World demography, and Non-Christians. Western Civilization is being conquered and its Peoples must pay the price. As the Gaul said to the Roman “Woe to the Conquered!”
Bring in the Swiss Guards, complete with halberds.

The precedent the court set here is that if Republicans decide to spurn a law that was passed by a previous Democrat government or by a liberal initiative then there’s nothing at all the left can do about it.
We should make the bastards CHOKE on this decision.
Ultimately, the lavender mafia is going to encounter armed resistance.
I sense that a tipping point is coming.
But I do believe that any armed resistance will be utterly crushed without mercy, and it will be far worse for any rebellion than it ever was for the Taliban or Al Qaida.
All Churches had best be prepared to give up their tax-exempt status, cause they’re coming after that next.
The answer is that there is no logical or legal answer to your question. Apparently nobody has standing to defend Proposition 8 in court, so, there is no legal way to defend the law.
with the current court membership, does anyone here WANT THEM TO hear the case on its merits?
Kennedy and the 4 libs would vote for a right to gay marriage, nationally. Scalia was smart to get it punted back to California. Somebody with standing will sue or get sued.
Scalia was the 5th vote with the majority. Read what Scalia wrote.
In other news:
Governor Jerry Brown is already ordering clerks to issue marriage licenses to gays in California, a bold step
The clerks have standing.
And right after revoking tax-exempt status, it will be imprisonment for the clergy as their next attack .....
Republicans don’t have the guts. They will tell us they HAVE to enforce it because it is.....the law of the land. Referencing Boehner I believe.
From a liberal-left forum one of their homosexual members posted the following which makes it clear that the premise of the article cited in the OP is not just mere alarmism:
“The church has been bashing homosexuality for centuries... it would be sweet revenge for gays to be able to marry there.
Christianity has also had a hand in government affairs for a long time... government having a hand in church affairs for once would be fair turnaround.”
The coming caliphate will make short work of the lavender mafia--and for that matter, the entire gay community.
What church do you attend, dear sir?
[[The Catholic church]]had best be prepared to give up their tax-exempt status, cause theyre coming after that next.
FTFY. Some ‘churches’ approve of fag marriage. So what they’ll do is the same thing they did in England. Confiscate Catholic cathedrals/monasteries/land and give it to the ghey churches.
