There is a problem with President Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate: It’s a forgery, say multiple forensic experts who have examined it. A report detailing the evidence will soon be presented to Congress.
On April 27, 2011 the White House released Mr. Obama’s long-form birth certificate in an attempt to quell a public firestorm over the validity of the shorter version he provided prior to his 2008 election. A group of concerned citizens in Arizona suspected the Certificate of Live Birth produced in 2011 by the administration was fabricated; they asked Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County to investigate.
“We have obtained an affidavit from a certified document analyzer, Reed Hayes, that states the document is a 100 percent forgery, no doubt about it,” said Cold Case Posse Lead Investigator Lt. Mike Zullo in an exclusive interview with WorldTribune.
This is a key development, asserts Lt. Zullo, because Mr. Hayes is a certified handwriting analyst and forensic document examiner who worked repeatedly for Perkins Coie, a reputable law firm, and was deemed a dependable professional in their legal cases. Moreover, Perkins Coie has defended Mr. Obama in his legal jousts on the birth certificate matter over the past five years.
The report by Mr. Hayes is now an affidavit that belongs to the Cold Case Posse and cannot be retracted, regardless of any political or social pressure he encounters, explains Lt. Zullo.
“There has been a very effective media campaign to discredit anyone who tries to work with us,” said Lt. Zullo. “It is impossible to discuss this issue without being lambasted.”
As a precaution against others misusing or manipulating Mr. Hayes’s report, Lt. Zullo has copyrighted it.

Here is what is going to happen. We will be informed as to when Congress gets this information. We will then inundate them with phone calls, emails, and alike.
This also will make this more public than it is and some in the media will not ignore this. It is my belief that talk show host and others who have been told not to cover this will then be able to report on it because it is front of Congress.
If any of you want to sit by and watch then fine, but do not try and hinder our efforts to return this country back to the rule of law.
This does not require impeachment. He will be removed from office along with the arrest of Mr Reid.

Agreed. This is uncharted ground, but ground we must forge deliberately and unwaveringly. The finding of ineligibility should result in the immediate expulsion from office - no impeachment needed. And every act that this impostor has put his signature to should be rendered null and void.

Importance: If Obama stayed in California that whole summer of 1980, then there was no way for him to fill out his Selective Service form on July 29, 1980 in Hawaii. Somebody else did it.
A forgery. If Obama knew that someone else filled out the form, then that is fraud and Obama is a liar, and he should be impeached.
How did I come to my conclusion that Obama stayed in California? I studied an article written in 2009 about Obama’s friends at Occidental in California his freshman year.

Obama had an international circle of friends - “a real eclectic sort of group,” says Vinai Thummalapally, who himself came from Hyderabad, India.
As a freshman, he quickly became friends with Mohammed Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, two wealthy Pakistanis.
There were others, Thummalapally recalls: a French student and both black and white Americans, including Jon K. Mitchell, who later played bass for country-swing band Asleep at the Wheel (Mitchell remembers that Obama wore puka shell necklaces all the time, though they were not in style, and that “we let it slide because he spent a lot of time growing up in Hawaii.”)
The friends got together often to watch basketball games - they were Lakers fans - and eat the southern Indian food that Thummalapally cooked with his cousin.
There was serious talk, too. Obama had concerns about U.S. foreign policy - including the failed hostage rescue mission in Iran under Jimmy Carter, and American support of the Contras in Latin America.
Thummalapally lived with Obama the summer of 1980. The two ran together daily, three miles in the early morning, often chatting about their dreams. Thummalapally wanted to start a business back home; Obama talked about helping people.

1. Obama drove a red Fiat at Occidental. This means that Obama had eiher an Hawaiian or California license in 1979-1980, unless he was driving around Southern California without a license during that period.

5. No mention of Obama going back to Hawaii. Can't be much clearer than that: Obama was in California for the entire summer of 1980, so there was no way for him to have filled out his Selective Service form on July 29, 1980. Someone else must have done it for him.
What about girls in Southern California at that time?
I bet there are plenty women today who remember Obama being in Southern California during the summer of 1980, some of whom must have visited Obama at his apartment. Where are you? Be brave and tell us what you know.
What about local bars and restaurants? I bet obama and his friends visited some of them in Southern California during the summer of 1980.

6. What I also found impressive about the article was this: The wealth of names from Obama'sOccidental days who would know how Obama spent his summer of 1980, especially when there is no record of Obama holding a job from his first day at Occidental until he graduated from Columbia 4 years later.
Are we to blindly and naively accept the idea that Obama supported himself during his 4 years in college simply with college loan money and some mysterious scholarships, scholarships that no one can find anything about? Give me a break.

Investigators and reporters should put pressure on these people to tell us where Obama was during that summer of 1980. These friends can't hide behind federal privacy laws like Obama can.

I agree. Nothing will ever be done about it. EVEN if Obama came out and admitted being born on Mars, nothing would be done. The love fest would not end.
The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama’s birth as August 4, 1961 & Lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right ? At the time of Obama’s birth, it also shows that his father is age 25 years old, and that Obama’s father was born in “ Kenya , East Africa “. This wouldn’t seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama’s birth, and 27 years after his father’s birth. How could Obama’s father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the “British East Africa Protectorate”.
It goes even farther than that. A member of Congress who has been notified by law enforcement of a federal crime is legally responsible. If they fail to refer it to federal law enforcement they become an accomplice. That’s why none of the members of Congress will acknowledge having heard Zullo’s evidence, and why few have been willing to meet with him. Once they have met with him and know the evidence they HAVE to do something about it.
Those who don’t could become subjects of lawsuits, recalls, etc in their home states, I presume. AV, I’m pinging you so you can correct me if I am mistaken on that.
If my understanding is correct, this brings this battle down to the state level, hopefully right at the time that our elected representatives are back in the state and able to hear from constituents. These people have thus far been able to hide behind the fact that the people reporting crimes are not law enforcement, or they can say their staffers trashed the messages containing the evidence. I think that’s why the Lincoln Police Chief and AG Jon Bruning’s office had to stop my criminal complaint against Bob Bauer from being followed up on. If there was an active criminal investigation that I could point out to my Congress-critters, and my affidavit was part of that file, my Congress-critters would be legally liable for knowing that.
They were able to stop me at the city and state level - taking my criminal complaint and handing it off to the SOS’s office - non-law enforcement. That kept my critters off the hook. But once Zullo meets with them, that is no longer a legal excuse and they are on the hot seat. Once we the peons know they are out of excuses it is up to us to make their seat hot. So hot they can’t just do nothing. And we can have the aid of county attorneys/prosecutors, which is the level of governance where there really IS accountability, if we’re willing to do what it takes.
It’s easy to become discouraged, but the groundwork is being laid for our efforts to make a legal difference, for Congressional do-nothings to be either arrested or primaried over this. It is NOT - I repeat, NOT!!! - time for us to give in to cynicism and blame everybody else for what we’re not doing. The do-nothing Congress members are digging their own graves, and we need to be alive and well when it’s time for them to realize that they will either take up this torch or fall into the graves they’ve been digging for themselves the past 6 years.
To those who are tired, I say: Rest up and keep your powder dry for the time ahead. Do NOT let yourself be demoralized or be a tool to demoralize everybody else. This issue is in the cocoon developing essential foundations and getting strong, and when the time is right we’re gonna need ALL the dormant patriots breaking open that cocoon with power. Rest up, build your resolve, and wait because the time will soon be here.
And it will be over ALL the crimes of this regime, not just this one, because what is holding the system back from exposing the beginning of the coup is also what is keeping them from doing anything about the results of the coup. EVERY “scandal” - regardless of how sound the evidence or how publicly-supported the issue - has had the same net result as this supposed-nutcase “scandal” , but this one has the power to expose the reasons for the political complicity of EVERYBODY, because there is PROOF of a crime and PROOF that the members of Congress knew about the proof. This isn’t a policy issue subject to debate and interpretation. It isn’t a SNAFU. It is deliberate crimes and their cover-up. And with what the public now knows about the regime’s methods to keep insiders from whistle-blowing, we can make a very strong case that the regime is knowingly using Zimbabwe techniques in order to cover up THEIR OWN crimes - not to keep us safe from the same terrorists they are letting walk or fly into our country, no questions asked.

The US has experienced a coup. Literally. Complete with threats to government insiders, media, etc, as well as deaths to cover up crimes necessary to accomplish the coup. The whole system has been taken hostage. This isn’t really about Obama. It’s about all the founding principles of this nation: the rule of law rather than rule by men, and real accountability to make absolute corruption impossible. We don’t have either of those things right now, even while “respectable” leaders pick their noses. When are we going to give up the battered-wives-syndrome and actually say enough is enough and things are going to change, whatever it takes? If we let everything slide, saying nothing will ever change anyway, then that’s exactly what we will get. And the Holocaust will look like chump change by comparison to what we will get.
The United States government is arming people who behead innocent priests, who eat the flesh of those they have beheaded and boast about it on video for the whole world to see, and say they are coming after America once they are done instituting sharia in Syria. If we don’t do something now, that is exactly what will happen. These people are playing for keeps; it’s time for us to get off the couch and realize that everything we hold dear, everything we want for our children and grandchildren, is on the line right now. Will we stand or will we bow? There won’t be any second chances.
Impeachment is a political act of the Legislative Branch.
Criminal acts are prosecuted by the Judicial Branch.
Document forgery, fraud, etc, are criminal acts. A person committing these acts is liable for prosecution; holding Office is no shield, these are not Official acts which would be shielded.
Conviction and imprisonment would be insurmountable disabilities necessitating impeachment.
Of course these particular criminal acts would mean that there is no President and therefore impeachment is impossible. The Constitution demands that “No Person except a natural born Citizen... shall be eligible to the Office of President”, it can not then require that an ineligible person be impeached. To contend otherwise would negate Article II’s imperative that “No Person except a natural born Citizen... be eligible”. A person who is not President can not be impeached. Not only is it illogical to impeach an ineligible person, such a reading is an invalid construction.

Just an FYI.
There is something to this, as I'm not sure impeachment would be available/necessary because if he is found to not be a "natural born Citizen" as the Constitution mandates, then he is a usurper holding the office of Commander in Chief in direct violation of the Constitution.
Impeachment is for a President, not a usurper of the office.
Unless, of course, one has pigmentation immunity.
I do think we need to research this. I thought a governor in the upper mid west was removed after he was elected and was found to be ineligible. I also remember another similar case as well. Not sure of invoking the 20th at this point, that was the responsibility of Congress.
But we can’t accept impeachment, it means he was president and all his “accomplishments” stand.
THOMAS H. MOODIE, 19th Governor of N.D. was popularly elected by the people and sworn into office. He was later removed from office by the state's supreme court after it was determined he was ineligible for that office. Thomas H. Moddie was a usurper of an executive office.
As soon as the election was over, there was talk of impeachment, but no charges were filed. After Moodie's inauguration on January 7, 1935, it was revealed that he had voted in a 1932 municipal election in Minnesota. In order to be eligible for governor, an individual has to have lived in the state for five consecutive years before the election. The State Supreme Court determined that Governor Moodie was ineligible to serve, and he was removed from office on February 16, 1935.
