We live in bizarro world. Abortion is a barbaric act, but liberals call it "progressive" policy, and any attempts to reign it in is "barbaric."

Amazing.

Also, liberals always want to look to Europe to show how "backward" we are. Well let's see how they handle abortion...

the graphic - and the info in it - only tells part of the truth

In Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Romania, Slovak Republic, France & Italy abortion is illegal after 13 weeks and in Sweden only before the 19th week. But among them all only in Finland is the life of the mother, or “preserving her physical or mental health”, or for her social or economic reasons, can there be an abortion before 13 weeks. In the rest of them, any reason the mother says is reason enough.

In the United Kingdom the minimal limitations, besides the 22-24 week limitation are the same as for Finland. Whereas in the Netherlands, yes they too have the 22-24 weeks limitations but again, like most of Europe no particular reason is needed.

At best one could say that in most of Europe it is “abortion on demand” with verying limits on how late in the pregancy abortion it is allowed.
