A fogbow member has gone full throttle at trying to destroy the career of Reed Hayes, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Cold Case Posse forensic document expert. Mr. Hayes wrote a 40 page report documenting his evidence that backs up the Cold Case Posse's investigation proving Obama's birth certificate is a 100% forgery. The fact that the fogbow member would go to such lengths to write a letter to the President of the NADE (National Association Of Document Examiners) complaining about Reed Hayes work ethics shows desperation to destroy his career.

This individual who did this asked Reed Hayes in a email to give him his 40 page reports findings. Hayes politely turned him down in a response email. Soon after, this fogbow member started attacking Reed Hayes credibility along with his other fogbow members on his radio program. They started calling him a quack on message boards. Reed Hayes has impeccable credentials that no fogbow member can match. This attempt to discredit Reed Hayes and ruin his career show that these people lack moral values, American pride and patriotism, and will do anything to protect Obama's ineligibility to be president.

I was, in fact, pre-press specialist when the BC was released. I immediately downloaded it from the WH website and lifted the hood on the PDF document they had posted. It took me about 5 seconds to determine that the document was a construct using parts of other images to piece together an official looking forgery. That’s my professional opinion. FWIW

They are saying Zullo used the wrong vital statistics coding manual in which he did not. He used a Hawaiian coding manual from 1961 that shows that ‘negro’ was used back then. Not ‘African’ as the fogbowers contend that Barack Obama Sr. self reported himself as that to the nurse when filling out the birth certificate. Also the fogbowers are now stating they no the reasons why the birth certificate has so many layers and why everyone thinks it I a forgery. Here is what one fogbower said when asked to explain how it happened:

“It’s very simple. A Xerox Workcentre 7655 is an all-in-one copier/scanner/printer/fax that is standard office equipment in many organizations. One of these organizations is the Whitehouse... and we know this because other documents that the Whitehouse has posted online were scanned on that system (such as the President’s Tax Returns). These are rather large, high volume, shared machines located in what we would have used to call a “copier room” so that a large number of people can get to it when they need it. And when they are used as scanners, the operator has to put in their e-mail address because that’s how they get the digital file; it is scanned to a PDF which the machine then emails to the operator.

When a Xerox Workcentre 7655 scans a document to email, it uses a number of proprietary and patented Xerox compression algorithms to process the document for size, legibility and quality using MRC and JBIG2 encoding. I’ll explain those more in a moment. Taken together, these algorithms automatically produce .pdf files that possess every single one of the “anomalies” that birthers have claimed are proof that the .pdf of the President’s birth certificate is a manually created forgery. These include:

1. Multiple layers consisting of one full page color JPEG and multiple monochrome bitmasks of varying sizes.

2. The bitmasks are reduced in resolution by 1/2 (i.e. the JPEG is 300 dpi, and the bitmasks are 150 dpi) and rotated 90 degrees.

3. The bitmasks can be individually selected and “moved around the image” when opened in Adobe Illustrator. They consist of “objects” that the scanner has identified as being similar enough in color and position to be considered and compressed as a single “object.”

4. Signatures and date stamps that are “broken up” and distributed across different layers.

5. Shadows and halos in the JPEG layer where the bitmasks have been separated out.

6. A “clipping mask” that crops the edge of the document and conceals a few pixels of the image along each margin (This is called “edge erase” and its purpose is to remove punch holes, images of staples or binding that detract from the image. It removes a default of 0.12 inches on all sides... precisely what is missing between the Savannah Guthrie photo of the paper original and the posted PDF.).

7. Pixel identical letters, symbols or boxes (this is part of the JBIG2 encoding process).

And finally, the metadata is identical with files that were first scanned on the Xerox, but then reopened and printed to PDF in the MAC OS standard “Preview.” Why would this last step happen? The document needed to be posted “right side up” on the Whitehouse.gov website. It apparently was originally scanned upside down. So it was opened in Preview, rotated 180 degrees, and then printed to PDF.

So... here is the exhaustive account of “human intervention” in the creation of the PDF.

1. A person loaded the original paper document into a Xerox Workcentre 7655 printer/copier/scanner fax, entered their email address and then “scanned to e-mail.”

2. A person opened the attachment on the email they received on their MAC. They noticed that the image was upside down, rotated it 180 degrees, and then printed to PDF.

4. A person posted that PDF on the Whitehouse.gov website.

That is the entire “forgery” process, right there.”

Used by whom? It’s my understanding that the “father’s race” field is supposed to be filled in with whatever term the father chooses to identify his own race (”what the father considers himself to be,” according to the National Center for Health Statistics.)

For Obama Sr., a Kenyan, it would have made sense for him to consider himself African, as seen in the instructions for filling out the 1961 Kenyan census form. The suggested responses for the “race” category included African, Arab, and Somali.

Of the many arguments advanced for considering the birth certificates to be forgeries, this strikes me as one of the very weakest.

the day after the July, 2012 press conference, Zullo tells the reporter that the race of the father is a federal code. So according to their new theory, the term “African” should have been struck out and the term “not stated” entered.

In the interview, he also mentions an article written about 10 years ago by a guy named Bennett and that in the article Bennett supported Vern Lee’s statements on how BCs were numbered. But this is not true. Dr. Bennett’s article was written in 1955. And it never mentions how BCs are numbered.

The recording or a transcript of it have never been made public. For all we know they may have misinterpreted what she said. Just like the federal codes and the statement about the Bennett article and the left justified margin of Hawaiian BCs.

I can understand this part of it, but I don’t see why an American Nurse/Doctor would fill out the cert with a term not used on US certs. The form says “race”not “Nationality.” He was obviously a Negro, and that’s the standard term that we used back then. Why would they break from the US standard? Oh well,,,,,

I think that part has been explained several times. It was the practice to use the same term the father used. It was not the province of nurses or doctors to change the father’s description to conform to their own ideas of correct usage or anything else. Their job was simply to ask the parents to state their own race and to write down what they said.

Right click anywhere on the tax return and then select document properties.

You should see that the return was created on 4/15/2011 and modified on 4/18/2011 and that the PDF Producer was a Xerox WorkCentre 7655 and the version number is 1.5.

If you have access to Adobe Illustrator open one of the pages of the taxes file. It will have layers that can be moved around on the page. There are letter pairs that are identical pixel for pixel (the “i” in “individual” in the first line). Then look at the first “0” in “1040”, it consist of larger pixels than the most of the text. The file also opens in landscape orientation.

If you have access to a Mac, open the taxes file in Preview, from the menu select file/print/save as pdf. Now open that in Adobe Reader. Right click anywhere on the tax form and select document properties. The new information should be that the PDF Producer is Mac OS X 10.x.x QuartzPDFContext. And the version number is 1.3.

Now open the file created by Preview in Illustrator. It will be in portrait orientation and all the layers will show that they have been rotated 90 degrees.

That’s very similar to what can be seen in the lfbc pdf.

Ann was reportedly very intelligent. IMO, she would have known the difference between race and nationality.

The employees in vital statistics are trained to use specific terms. I’ve worked in government offices that follow guidelines from higher ups.
