Here is Sen. Mike Lee on the Senate Floor today laying down the law to his Republican colleagues. He states it as clearly as it can be said about his effort to defund ObamaCare: “Defund it or own it. If you fund it, you’re for it.”

This monster must be stopped. It is now or never. Are my “beloved” Republicans up to the task?

“Obamacare” is and will never be anything but a monument to the greed and stupidity of uninformed American voters and selfish politicians who want nothing so much as a continuation of their tenure in office and the perks associated with it.

These new guys get it. Drive the message, don’t shrink from the debate and accept the left’s premise. Does anyone think we completely defund Obamacare overnight, no, but we can fight for it and force the left to make concessions. The Rove’s of the world think leaving it alone to get implemented will sink the Democrats. He’s incorrect. The left will simply continue to make the argument that Obamacare is good and the Republicans didn’t present an alternative, and their voters stay on the reservation for 2014 and 2016. We have to challenge them, chip away at this monstrosity and then present a better solution in the next presidential race.
Need more like those two and a lot less of those like Harry Reid...
The secret government calling the shots on both sides in DC is insisting on obamacare and open borders. That said, I'm still doing what I can to support Mike Lee and Ted Cruz and the rest of the good guys on these important issues.
We can replace McConnell, Cornyn, Chambliss, Johannes, Graham, Collins, Alexander and Cochran next year. And we can elect good conservatives in WV, SD, AR, LA, VA, IA, NH, MT, AK and maybe MI and MN.

They’re not going along with the establishment’s “but we only control 1/2 of 1/3 of the government” excuse for not even trying.
I’m tickled that these two guys are shining a spot light on the establishment Big Government Republican cockroaches.
I sent this letter to McConnell, Boehner, Ne sen Fortenberry. I also called McConnells office and was was told McConnell has “said” on the floor 29 times he is against obamacare. I told her words mean nothing, I want the pledge signed.
Please sign pledge to defund obamacare. We use to send money to the rnc but no longer since you and others like you are “talking” like conservatives, but your “actions” are that of democrats. If your scared to do what is right, let someone with courage have your job. Democrats need you and people like you to win, stop helping them! If you don’t sign the pledge, we will start sending real money to help those who are challenging you and others like you. I’ll send you a copy of my check to your opponent to show you we mean it.
This phrase needs to be sent to the representative of every Freeper here.

This senator is right. The _health_care_ bill is like a borg and it is intermingling and changing everything. At some point the cost to remove this alien entity will be extremely high.
