Rand Paul has a quite a few warts, but I'd rather be in his corner than any commie leftist, or Democrat (but I repeat myself) all day EVERY day.
So when John McCain says that Hillary vs. Rand is a "tough choice," I look at that statement, then I look at his daughter Meghan, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that stupidity is hereditary.
I've never been a fan of McCain...NEVER. The man was and is everything...EVERYTHING that's wrong with the Republican Party today, and it's time he be flushed down his namesake.

I am not a Rand Paul fan, but between him and Hillary the choice is made for me.
The last thing we need in the White House is a _itch like Hillary.
The man was and is everything...EVERYTHING that's wrong with the Republican Party today, and it's time he be flushed down his namesake.
But... but... but he's the champion of the Vichy Republicans!
If 2016 gives us another McCain such as Chris Christie, I will abstain from voting.
I M sick to death of RINO’s where I used to hold my nose and vote anyway. No more.
That would be a tough choice.
I’d be tempted to go third party.
Incompetent bimbo (once fired for lying) or talented leader...
who to choose....
who to choose....
Gads, life is so tough for McDork.
I think a lot of us held our noses and supported the GOP-E last time around, and look where it got us.
Some may disagree but I see the Tea Party as essentially dead. Without a viable grassroots effort backed by serious money, the GOP Elite have won, and the next election will marginalize conservative candidates even more than the last one. Just watch how 2014 midterms shape up, and see if I’m right or wrong.
That leaves an Independent, third party option. Yes, Rand Paul is not a perfect candidate but he is the only one that stands in stark contrast to the GOP-E and I like most of the Libertarian views, even though I realize many here do not. That’s America for you! But I’d much rather err on the side of liberty than tyranny.
A third party most likely will not be successful in 2016, but I see it as the best shot we’ve got to take back this country. Hillary will drive it further to the left, just not as fast, and I can’t stomach four or eight years of Democrat Lite.
The wild card is Ted Cruz, who celebrates his first anniversary in the Senate today. To rise to the level of running for President would take money, support, and sheer luck that would put Obamas ascendency to shame. Especially when a sizable chunk of his own Party would be against him.
I don’t like the GOPe any more than you do, but I will not abandon my conservative principles to libertopians any more than I will abandon my conservatives principles to statists and socialists
You’re a lunatic.
If Cruz runs... Cruz wins.
Starting already, huh? You “purists” will give us the b from H. Haven’t you had enough?
I am not a purist but honestly cannot see the point of voting for people such as McCain or Christie who are praised by the left and want to do well by the left.
Screw that.
If McCain would have won the Presidency, we would already have comprehensive immigration reform. That may have tarnished Palin for life. And if Romney/Ryan had been elected, we would also already have the comprehensive reform. So the people who said never ever vote for a RINO, were and are 100 % correct.
I did that the last two elections. No more.
The Republican Party is about to lose another vote if it runs just one more RINO!
I’m serious.
One more and I’m done. I’m not voting for a RINO ever again. This is it!
Ron Paul here I come.
