Do you believe that Mary Landrieu has performed her job as US Senator well enough to deserve to be reelected or do you think it is time to give a new person a chance?
TOTAL RE-ELECT 39.2% TOTAL NEW PERSON 50.6%
See here the complete poll results.
Magellan Strategies BR surveyed 1,800 likely Louisiana voters between July 29th and July 30th, 2013.
The margin of error was 2.3% at a 95% confidence interval. This survey was not authorized or paid for by any campaign or political organization. The survey was conducted using automated telephone technology.
How does she stack up against potential opponents when they are named?
we can only hope that this is what actually happens
She stole her first Senate Election over Woody Jenkins when a judge ordered the New Orleans polls to remain open beyond their closing time so more Dems supporters could vote, maybe for the second time, so the city votes could outvote the rest of the state.
Haven’t seen any polls with that question asked.
Since Katrina, Louisiana has over 100 thousand less guaranteed Democrat vote. The one good thing to come out of that hurricane.
I always wait for great news before I sign off. This will be the sign off message for today for that worthless dem. hack.
Seriously??? But isn’t she that cute blonde? OH NO!
Someone should change his name to New Person and run against her.
Yep. EMILY's List bribe money deposited in the judge's freezer, no doubt.
That's how it works in Florida with all those NYC types.
Miss Piggy is cute?
Statewide election results are markedly different since 2005. The numbers are real.
I guess I should have made my sarcasm a little clearer
LOL! I recall after she was first elected, Rush used to comment about how cute he thought she was. But like cow’s milk, she doesn’t seem to have aged well.
Perhaps if she lost fifty pounds or so...
Yikes! If they are ever casting a live action Muppets fill and need a Miss Piggy...
Senator Babyfat
I’ve sat through at least 2 elections now in which Landrieu’s obituary has been pre-read.
So far, she’s still kickin’.
Third time’s the charm. In 2008, John Kennedy wasn’t a particularly strong candidate, as he had recently switched to GOP from Dem the year before.
She’s dead in the water, along with Pryor. Only Hagan or Begich need to be toppled now, although both would be nice.
I remember when we used to read stories about Claire McCaskill being down for the count.
Campaign ad: Landrieu....oldder, fatter, more bitter
NOW 50% MORE PROGRESSIVE!!!!
Romney’s turnout in Missouri was weak as well as Akin’s perfectly timed gaffe.
Joe Donnelly in Indiana was meant to be an immigration and gun rights hardliner. Rubio appeared with Mourdock at one stage. Jon Tester and Joe Manchin were supposedly moderates. Every single Democrat has sold out.
The problem is Landrieu can win with 100% of the black vote and 33% of the white vote. Maybe 40% when Obama’s off the ticket. Depends if enough blacks turnout because of Trayvon.
