If there was ever a doubt how the Obama administration, in general, and President Obama, in particular, felt about the death of four Americans in Benghazi, let them be put to rest. The same goes for the known fact that the IRS, under the direction of Obama administration officials, targeted conservative groups to prevent them from being granted tax except status. Jay Carney was very forthcoming in his press briefing yesterday and made it very plain.

The attitude we are seeing from the Obama administration irks me to no end. We are supposed to be a nation of people who come together in the face of an attack. We have done this throughout our history. First and foremost, we are all Americans, with no hyphens inserted. When our people are killed, there are consequences to the perpetrators of the attacks. That has been the one thing that our enemies have always known. Then came Benghazi and the deaths of J. Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty, and Tyrone S. Woods.

Four of our fellow Americans, killed on the anniversary of the worst enemy attack on American soil in the history of our country. First blamed on the obscure YouTube video. That was the public face of the Obama administration. The face behind the scenes was quite different. That it was a terrorist attack was suspected, right from the start. That fact was kept quite, right from the start. The CIA told the Obama administration what it thought took place. The talking points were then edited until they contained no mention of terrorist activity and Susan Rice went on her rounds of the Sunday talk shows.

That is only part of the scandal President Obama believes is phony. We still do not know what the President's reaction was that fateful night. That knowledge seems to be as closely guarded at the combination to the vaults at Fort Knox. No one who knows is willing to tell. Thus, we have a President who cares very little for the fact that four of our people were killed by terrorists.

There have been commenters on this blog who have defended the President in his actions. They have repeated the talking points distributed to the media, claiming them to be the facts of the matter. To anyone who would defend the President in this matter, I say this. His words have been loud and clear, but his actions are even louder. If he really cared about what happened in Benghazi, he wouldn't be calling it a phony scandal. If he really mourned the deaths of these four men, he would make sure every government agency at his disposal would do all they could to bring the attackers to justice. Instead, he and his minions continue to call it a phony scandal. They refuse to recognize its importance because to them, it isn't important.

We should all realize one thing by now. President Obama has his own priorities. Those priorities included winning reelection in 2012. The mid-term elections in 2014 are on the horizon. Anything that could detract from the gains he hoped (in 2012) to gain and hopes (in 2014) to gain is doomed to the trash bin. He has to keep them tamped down. Otherwise, the American people may just wake up and realize just how incompetent he really is. The only reason the President would consider the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi to be important is if they keep him from realizing his goal of having control of the House and the Senate in the last two years of his presidency.

That should tell us all we need to know about President Barack Obama.

The similarities in perspective of the radical Left, and the Muslim is undeniable. I believe it the basis of their relationship. How far would I get if I get pulled over by a cop and I respond with “Oh, that’s a phony complaint.”

Carney is anything but “forthcoming.” He pauses for what seems like an eternity because he has to 1. Guard against revealing the nefarious intent of the corrupt Obama regime, otherwise known as truth. 2. Ensure the Obama regime's base is placated. 3.The complicit psychophant media has the talking points and propaganda ready to dispense.

Listening to Carney is like listening to a child explain quantum physics.

When the scandal of the moment gets its fifteen moments of fame and then it goes down the memory hole. I hate to admit this, but I believe snake-head James Carvelle said give any of these scandal 30 days and they will be forgotten.
