The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was ‘blown up’ to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.
Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

I am getting closer to having all the necessary data and images to make my case. Since it makes sense to do a final confirmation of one’s hypotheses, I decided to print out a better version of the WH LFBC (with halos) and have them run through a Xerox WorkCentre 7655 Scanner.
I performed three successive scans, once with the document the righ-side-up, once with the document upside-down USD. The USD versions were rotated 180 degrees and printed using Preview (USDRotPrev).
The Mixed Raster Compression is not perfect but it consistently recognizes the signature block, the date stamp (2011) and the mostly text. All jpg files contain the ‘YCbCr’ comment tag.
And we know that the White Hut uses this particular machine?
IIRC, a MAC at the WH had the document immediately before the upload. The scan (if genuine) could have been sent to the WH MAC from anywhere!
I have a vague memory of a claim that the WH has this Xerox. It is a pretty high-end unit of the sort one might expect to be at the WH.
That’s been my question. How do these guys know this? Would indicate a connection. Given that they have been spouting disinfo, diversion, and ridicule for years any connection would make them official liars for Obama, ie conspirators.

There where multiple shades of dark green text used on the WHLFCOLB.pdf document. (not to mention all the other alignment and typeface problems.)
All of this assumes there was a paper original. One has not been seen.

NBC claims to have simply printed out a color copy of the WH pdf and then scanned it back into the Xerox 7655. If this is true then there COULD have been a hard copy original...which itself could have been a forgery for numerous suspected reasons unrelated to the layers and floating Onaka and date blocks.
Obots have always claimed that “birthers” would claim that the hard copy supposedly brought back to the WH was a forgery, if it was ever proved that the pdf layers could be replicated. Given the mysterious failure to find the original for years in the HI vault, even by the current governor, forgery is still obviously a possibility.
Reed Hayes 40-page report to Zullo affirming forgery could well have little to do with the pdf layers and may be based on other anomalies.

Um...that would be POTUS Barry who has refused to sign a legal release for Onaka to legally release a certified hard copy and produce that certified copy into ANY court proceeding despite over 100 opportunities to do so!

Not to my knowledge.
Zullo’s criminal report is supposedly over 300 pages, only a portion of which takes apart the pdf, and it is not clear to what extent Reed Hayes 40-page document examination report relies on the pdf layers as a basis for his declaration that the WH pdf BC image is a forgery. Hayes is not a computer imaging expert in his CV. Hayes’ report could well rely on many other deficiencies in the image unrelated to the pdf layers.

For instance, the Alvin T Onaka signature is an embedded black and white, 1 bit colorized bitmap, 76.735 by 1172.87 ppi resolution. The main information block is also the same type of bitmap, but its resolution is 239.802 by 375.31 ppi. The date in box 20 has a resolution of 65.278 by 1378.69 ppi. These different resolutions of objects, supposedly scanned by a single machine at once from a single document, makes me look askance at the claim this is an actual scan.
I'd be interested in finding out if the "debunkers" are able to achieve multiple bitmap resolutions on their Xerox 7655.
I don’t understand the computer stuff so I don’t mess with it too much, but if they started out with a document with halos it seems to me a bit disingenuous that they are ecstatic to come up with a scan that has..... halos. And when they separate out the layers and move them to the side they end up with... layers off to the side. But why would anybody do that? Why would anybody put a clipping mask on it? Why would anybody refuse to let Obama hold the stupid thing, or let the press crew see and videotape it?
There’s actually an easier way to know this is a forgery: the security background doesn’t have one of the features of the security paper the HDOH uses.
And there’s a legal way to find out if the claims on the forgery meet the standards to be prima facia evidence: ask the state registrar to verify those facts. What’s that you say? Ken Bennett already did that? And Onaka refused to verify any of the facts? Well, I guess we’ve got our legal answer then, huh?
I believe at least a couple of them are working with both the HDOH and the White House to disseminate disinformation.
I also wonder if one of them is involved in the IRS targeting of Constitutionalists.
And if the scanner in question is connected to a computer, what’s to say that the computer itself isn’t being run remotely by somebody in the regime, so that it does exactly what the regime operator wants it to do? If hackers can control a car remotely to cause a fatal crash, why couldn’t they get a computer to act like it’s scanning a document and then output the White House PDF? There is a reason these people want the capability to control computers, so it would be silly not to ask what they are doing with that capability. They’ve proven they are dishonest and cunning, so they must think we’re idiots if we would trust them to not use the covert abilities they’ve gathered for themselves.
Likewise, those who boast of having created forgeries to have Orly submit in court are nuts if they think we should trust anything they say at this juncture. They’re self-admitted liars.
As are the “leaders” at the HDOH. Forensic examination of the microfilms and paper documents from multiple months and years, as well as the computer transaction logs and an audit of all the vital records and citizenship records are what is needed, given the deceptions, fabrications, obfuscation, and outright crimes committed by officials at all levels. And Benghazi, IRS-gate, Fast and Furious, Extortion 17, Michael Hastings’ and Andrew Breitbart’s deaths, James Rosen wiretaps, Sharyl Attkisson’s computer hacking, etc are all different verses of the same song. It’s all related. It’s all our government targeting innocent civilians while covering for terrorists and usurpers.

IIRC (my head is spinning from not being an expert in this field and an illness) “NBC” claims that the Xerox automatically scans at multiple different bitmap resolutions that are selected on the fly depending on the characteristics detected in the document as it is scanned.

And why did the poor-quality printed-out copy of the Snopes image bleed through from behind a long-form BC that was supposedly on security paper intended specifically to keep such a thing from happening?

Wingate of the U.S, District Court in Jackson, Mississippi has had a certified copy of the Obama long form birth certificate and a Letter of Verification from Dr. Onaka provided by Obama’s attorneys in Taitz, et. al. v. Mississippi Democratic Party Executive Commitee, Obama, Pelosi, et. al.

Also the Alabama Supreme Court has a certified copy of the long form and a copy of the Letter of Verification that was submitted by the Alabama Democratic Party in an amicus brief in McInnish v. Chapman. Mike Zullo also submitted an affidavit in that appeal.

Why did the lawyers for the Mississippi Dems need to ellicit legal mumbo-jumbo from Alvin Onaka to get his “verification”? Why didn’t they just ask Onaka to send a new certified copy of the COLB for the court to review? They seem to be taking great pains not to follow normal chain-of-custody procedures and are locked into this one image that was posted online in April 2011. Why? Why couldn’t the President’s lawyers simply request Onaka to personally scan the vault copy on different security paper (like the official paper used by HDOH)? Why couldn’t Obama authorize the National Archives to take possession of the vault copy and bring it to the Library of Congress for public display? He seems to have no issues using executive power to do all kinds of lawless and anti-Constitutional actions. He’s not running for office anymore, so he can’t be obfuscating solely for political advantage can he? Is he that cynical and callous? Doesn’t he owe Terry Lakin (and other political prisoners) the truth?

A “certified copy” was NOT produced for the court.
Read what Onaka actually certifies. He doesn’t certify the WH image as a “true and correct copy,” the standard legal language for a perfect match. He only says that the information in the image “matches” the information in the HI file.
This is clever lawyer mumbo-jumbo leaving open the possibility that amended filings, perhaps years after 1961 were placed in the vital records which to some unspecified extent “match” the WH pdf. The amended filings in bits and pieces could, together, “match” the “information” in the WH pdf.
Nothing has ever been straight-up with Barry’s records, and legal escape hatches are ALWAYS there.
Dr. Onaka’s certification stamp is clearly visible at the bottom of the copy: “I certify this is a true copy...”
What we all view on the Internet is just a digital image reproduction of the hard copy that is in Judge Wingate’s possession.
If Judge Wingate (a Reagan-appointed federal judge) is not happy with the copy in his possession and needs a different copy, he can issue a court order for his very own original hard copy directly from Hawaii Department of Health.
If Judge Wingate doesn’t find the wording of the Onaka Letter of Verification to be convincing or appropriate, he can reject the Motion in Opposition from the Mississippi Democrats, Obama, Pelosi, et. al.

How do you know it’s an original document?
The Mississippi lawsuit was originally filed in April, 2012 in order to try to keep Obama off the Misssissippi ballot.
The Hawaii Revised Statute on Letters of Verification:
§338-14.3 Verification in lieu of a certified copy. (a) Subject to the requirements of section 338-18, the department of health, upon request, shall furnish to any applicant, in lieu of the issuance of a certified copy, a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified relating to the vital event that pertains to the certificate.
(b) A verification shall be considered for all purposes certification that the vital event did occur and that the facts of the event are as stated by the applicant.
(c) Verification may be made in written, electronic, or other form approved by the director of health.
(d) The fee for a verification in lieu of a certified copy shall be a maximum of one half of the fee established in section 338-14.5 for the first certified copy of a certificate issued.
(e) Fees received for verifications in lieu of certified copies shall be remitted, and one half of the fee shall be deposited to the credit of the vital statistics improvement special fund in section 338-14.6 and the remainder of the fee shall be deposited to the credit of the state general fund. [L 2001, c 246, §1; am L 2010, c 55, §1]
The idea to submit such a letter to Judge Wingate came from the actions of Ken Bennett, the Secretary of State of Arizona who was the first to request such a letter concerning Obama’s birth certificate. Bennett used his Onaka letter to justify placing Obama’s name on the Arizona ballot.

If Judge Wingate wants or needs a first generation copy or if he personally wishes to view the original, vault edition, he can issue a court order for it which is allowable under the provisions of Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18(b) (point 9) a confidential birth vital record can be released to: “A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;”
From a legal standpoint, it doesn’t really matter. The White House Press Corps copies were for demonstration purposes, as is the whitehouse.gov PDF image.

Dr. Onaka’s certification stamp is clearly visible at the bottom of the copy: “I certify this is a true copy...”
Barry couldn’t get a driver license in HI with a photocopy of Onaka’s signature stamp!
A photocopy is NOT a signed as certified, raised-seal copy.
Hawaii has NEVER released such a copy and Barry’s lawyers have never produced one because Barry has never signed a release for HI or his lawyers to release one or to permit inspection of the claimed 1961 original.
Every forgery has alleged certification on it. When push came to shove and Onaka was legally required to verify everything he could, he would not verify any of the birth facts or that the White House image is a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file”. That is our legal answer. Why won’t you accept it?
And the cross-hatches on that photo don’t match the ones that the HDOH uses either...
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Posse has found the document released by the White House on April 27, 2011 is a forgery. The Hawaii Dept. of Health and it’s statements on the birth document are now in serious question.
