I was recently over at the website 'Obama Release Your Records' viewing their articles and came across a revealing post in the comments section by king obot Kevin Davidson aka Dr. Conspiracy. He runs a disinformation website called 'Obama Conspiracy Theories' that claims Obama's birth certificate is 100% authentic. He opposes Sheriff Joe Arpaio's investigation into Obama's birth certificate and selective service registration. The post revealed that Mr. Davidson is trying to get Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse in trouble with the IRS. His post states:

"I and some other anti-birthers have referred certain matters to the IRS that we feel are violations of the law. My own referral concerns possible misrepresentations by the Cold Case Posse that they were an affiliate of a governmental unit, when in fact the Sheriff's Office provides no financial oversight of the Cold Case Posse. The Posse operates without financial accountability to the Sheriff's Office, the State of Arizona, or to the IRS. They get tax-exempt status but are accountable to no one and that's not right. Other Maricopa County Sheriff's posses file the proper forms with the IRS. Also IRS regulations require that 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations provide a copy of their Form 1023 Application for Tax-Exempt Status to anyone who requests it. A certified letter to the Cold Case Posse was returned "unclaimed" after 15 days in their post office box."

The post shows that Obama supporters are hell bent on stopping the Cold Case Posse in their tracks. It shows that Dr. Conspiracy fears what's in Hawaiian independent forensic document expert Reed Hayes unreleased 40 page report that backs up the Cold Case Posse's investigation which finds Obama's birth certificate is a complete built fabrication. One of them is an IRS person who has apparently used her access to personal information to harass/intimidate an eligibility researcher, although I can’t say any more of the details about that.

Another is a lawyer who requested the verification for the MS Democratic Executive Committee’s lawsuit - the request that made it abundantly clear to me that even the Obots understood Onaka’s communication to Ken Bennett as a revelation of a non-valid BC.

Another has been used to spread disinformation from the HDOH, apparently working in conjunction with the regime. I can’t really talk about the details of that either.

So I do think there are some among them who are with the regime.

I just did a phone interview with a reporter from TV station KPHO in Phoenix. They’re running a story tonight at 10:00 about my IRS complaint on the Cold Case Posse.

I would rather it be about the Posse’s failure to file forms than about my complaint, but I don’t get to write the story. When the link to the video is available, I’ll update this article.

I previously published the response I received from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office; however, I did not publish the letter I sent them, which in hindsight is important for a complete understanding of the response’s first paragraph. Here is that text:

Pursuant to Arizona statute 39-121.01 I am writing to request copies of the following public records:
•Documents pertaining to the financial management of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Cold Case Posse by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office

I want to highlight the one item: “Any financial reports provided by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Cold Case Posse to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.” When the MSCO responded without any such records, they are representing that they don’t have any. The Cold Case Posse isn’t making financial reports to the MSCO. This supports the general language in the 2nd paragraph about the Sheriff’s posses in general.

The problem here, and the reason that I filed the referral, is that the Cold Case Posse, while claiming a government tax exemption, does not report its expenditures as required by law: It doesn’t report them to the Sheriff’s Office, it doesn’t report them to the Arizona Secretary of State, and it doesn’t report them to the IRS.

I suspect the worst "misdeed" is the CCP needs to go the Post Office more frequently.

A legitimate requester would probably make a follow-up phone call to inquire about the status of their request. Did Davidson make a phone call or is he more interested in generating controversy?
