No thinking person would believe that adding over 100 new government bureaucracies to the provision of health care would decrease costs or improve quality. UPDATE 2: Harry Reid has now admitted that the goal of Obamacare is to destroy private insurance. Obamacare is just step one. Step two is to blame Republicans and insurance companies for the failure of Obamacare. Step three, that Reid says he “absolutely” favors, is access to health care only through government. This is not a surprise, but it is an absolutely stunning admission.

Since implementation of Commune-Style Obama’care’ is a privacy violation to the US Constitution, then an injunction needs to be filed with SCOTUS by the Esteemed Speaker of the House, John “Cave-In” Boehner.
The key to success is to bypass all Administration Bureaus.

We know that many potential customers will opt out of 0-care and pay the fine, especially those just making too much money to qualify for any meaningful subsidy. However, physicians may also opt not to accept patients with exchange insurance if rates are at Medicare and Medicaid levels. Physicians not accepting 0-care exchanges could instead still see 0-care patients on a cash basis. These physicians could also convince patients not to go on the exchanges in the first place by offering many patients routine healthcare at a lower cost than 0-care insurance(premiums and deductibles/co-pays). And if a patient get real sick and needs catastrophic coverage, they can sign up at that time.
Physicians most likely to refuse 0-care exchange patients will of course come from the 40% that are not hospital or government employed.

Speaker John Boehner has proven that he is a failure as Speaker of the House.
The members of the House continue to keep Boehner on as their failed Speaker.
The logical conclusion is that the members of the US House of Representatives want to continue to fail.
No man is an island...But if you tie a bunch of dead-guys together, they make a passable raft!
I don’t know about the elevator story. It’s far-fetched and not repeated on any primary source.
