Crowd Erupts In Thunderous Applause When Presented with Resolution to Replace Lindsey Graham

On Aug. 5, 2013, in Greenville, S.C. a resolution supporting the replacement of Senator Lindsey Graham was presented at the county GOP executive committee meeting which resulted in spontaneous applause. More than 200 republican leaders attended.

According to the TimesExaminer.com, the resolution lists 29 actions by Sen. Graham that the resolution states are “fundamentally inconsistent with the principles of the South Carolina Republican Party.” The actions include voting with Democrats to appoint radicals Elena Kagan and Sandra Sotomayor to the Supreme Court, and consistently supporting amnesty for illegal aliens.

One republican attending the meeting said, “it is the responsibility of all republicans to defend the platform, and speak out, and then take action to replace any republican who consistently votes contrary their party platform.”

On Tuesday, South Carolina state senator and Tea Party favorite Lee Bright launched his campaign website sending a warning shot across the bow for Lindsey Graham. This makes Bright the third candidate seeking to replace Sen. Graham.

The campaign website states, “As a South Carolina state senator, Lee Bright has earned the reputation for being the most conservative leader in the legislature. His impeccable voting record reveals a strong belief in Second Amendment freedoms, pro-life values, the advancement of civil liberties and fiscal responsibility.”

“It’s time to take this proven track record to the U.S. Senate so South Carolina can lead the charge against the Washington establishment,” the site declares.

Last Sunday, Graham said on CNN’s State of the Union with Candy Crowley, “I am going to keep being a social and fiscal conservative that focuses on our national security, takes care of our interests at home, like the Port of Charleston, working with my state officials, and be a conservative like Ronald Reagan who will sit down with a Tip O’Neill to solve America’s problems … I will continue to be Lindsey Graham a solid fiscal and social conservative who wants to solve problems I think that’s the future of the Republican Party.”

A well known liberty activist, Chris Lawton who presented the resolution told Full Disclosure, “We are the largest republican county in SC (13% of the entire state) and we fired the first shot in the retirement of Lindsey Graham tonight. We anticipate other County Executive Committees across the state to join this movement to bring our senator home to pasture.”

Better start working on rooting out voter fraud because if SC hasn’t seen it yet...they will.

I thought they would before. I don’t they will switch. McCain and his job is to screw up the GOP from the inside. They will not switch.

McCain and Graham are more useful to the Dems inside the GOP tent where they can marginalize conservatives by stabbing us in the back. They won’t switch.

Right. Their job is to make leftist legislation "bipartisan".

RINOS pollute the Conservative message. Better to elect Dumbocraps than RINO traitors.

I'm not familiar with this Lindsey Graham described above...

Ronald Reagan and Tip O'Neill passed into history a long time ago. Both would be heartbroken to see what has become of their respective political parties, and more importantly, this Republic. When all you got left is platitudes and slogans, game over. Message to GOP: lead, follow, or get out of the way.

No, it is time to vote with another party. The Dimms and the RINOs are too corrupt and both have socialism on the brain. I'm going with the Tea Party locally and nationally when the candidates are credible.

We in the South, know RINOs when you see them. All you have to do is look at their record. Romney=Romneycare and Gay Marriage and he was a Mormon pastor and should have known better on both counts.

There is a time to stand up and stand on your principals. That time is now for the Democratic/Progressive Party has none except sin and evil.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a NY republican say outright that the democrat party has no checks and balances within.

I don’t know the guy but I doubt he was a tea partier. He was however correct in stating that the tea party is not the threat, unrestrained democrats are the threat.

Grahams’ six million dollar war chest came mostly from NON- conservative groups and he and his supporters will use all of it to get reelected.

You can be sure ALL the current contenders for his job have been thoroughly investigated and searched for the most vulnerable or one who has a skeleton in their closet.

That’s the one Graham and his supporters will funnel money to for their bid for election.

It is imperative that whomever emerges as a front runner against Graham discloses where every dime came from for their campaign.

I believe that is how obama won HIS bid for senator, the people behind him KNEW about his contenders’ history of his sexual life and ‘contributed’ money to him from secret donors and then destroyed him with it.

You hit the nail on the head. The TEA Party lead in 2010. Unfortunately we were fooled by the likes of Rubio, but he's a pretty good liar.

Still, we made a hugh (!) difference. We would have a much darker America if it weren't for the 2010 TEA Party upset.

The GOP needs a Conservative VOICE, not a RINO majority.

Tip O’Neill was a leftist fiend. He and Reagan may have had drinks, but O’Neill was a partisan jerk who stuck it to the Gipper every chance he got. Most of this crap is revisionist history.
