Putting on a thin tinfoil hat on, -

I fully expect our Emperor to say that ObamaCare is so important to be fully implemented that he is suspending the 22d Amendment, (two term limitation).

There is perhaps another avenue for 0 to stay on. I don't know precisely how it might be worded or "justified" but the Constitution allows in the 22nd amendment for a president to finish, for example, 22 months of the previous president's term and still be eligible for two more terms, which is more than eight years.

While that scenario is not what would apply now, the 0bama spin machine might say something like this "The 22nd Amendment allows under certain extreme circustances for a president to serve for more than two terms. The extreme situation we are now facing warrants such an extension of President 0bama's leadership."

Gag. Of course the 22nd Amendment says no such thing, I'm just throwing that out as an example of how they might try to schmooze the MSM and the clueless. I figure they do this while using secret NSA files to blackmail anyone that could possibly stop them. Their justification would likely be another 'financial crisis', real or imagined.

If it's not something like the above, 0bama has to say we have a full-on emergency crisis and declare martial law.
