I agree with you and Sarah that we should stay out of this conflict. Rather, we should just let them go ‘duke it out’ on their own. Besides, what if they will blame the Republicans for voting no on going into Syria if it comes to that?

What was once a strike to punish Syria has now become political.
Something a decision to exercise American Power SHOULD never
be based on.
It has to be more than saving face for Obama, or even saying face
for American image around the world.
The Republicans should refuse to vote on it, because either way yes or no will be used against them...........
