Does anyone think this might ALL be a put on? Maybe the Dems and Pubs are in cahoots looking for a way to delay a "healthcare system" that clearly is not ready for prime time (we know it never will be). I am sure the NSA has enough dirt on every Pub in Congress to take them down. So they pretend to have an impasse, then "compromise" and the sheeple smile and go back to sleep.
