And i’m not worried that this four days is THE event. That’d be silly. But it’s not trivial.
It’s the US Army, working out details of how to best use the Chinese Red Army in America when something happens in the future.
They are doing this training to better facilitate it in the future.

I imagine they are looking over the islands as possible collateral for our debt.
What do we owe them, a couple of trillion? If they kick in another trillion to Obama's government, they can take the whole chain of Islands and call it even.

I suspect some of the local Hawaii leadership has been in on this from the beginning. They may have colluded with Obama and the Chi Coms for some sort of takeover disguised as military training of some sort. Hawaii indeed makes NY and SoCal look like the heart of Texas.

Once Obama's term is over, and he has set up shop at his spiffy new compound on Hawaii, "something" will happen. The mainland US will cease to exist as we know it. It will become a protectorate of China, with it's new capital in Hawaii.
We live in interesting times.

So basically, they are telling us that if our grid goes down, they are bringing in the Chinese red army into America. At 100,000,000 the armed American public outnumbers all of the standing armies of the world - combined.

Just a coincidence between the Chinese training on US soil and Grid Ex-2 happening on the same days. Not. Wonder if the Russians are still training in the Appalachians. Of course, they’ll be confronting the muslim bros in D.C. There’s still time to stock up on popcorn.
