as if the K-Mart ad wasn’t bad enough
We watched this year, but it may be our last.
It was more infomercial for all of the network shows. It was really irritating to see the parade go by while they were interviewing some actor about a show.
And as far as I am concern they can leave out the musical numbers.
But as I am reminded from time to time, network television is not programming for my age group. They do not care if my eyeballs sees their shows or commercials. It is going to get worse before it gets better.
During one of the commercials where some actress was prancing around in bra and panties I turned to my wife and said it will not be long before we will see first topless woman and then full frontal nudity.
There is nothing really stopping the cable networks from doing it now (since they are not over the air, the FCC has less control over them).
I missed the Marine Corps Band. :(
checked again and here is a link (band starts at 6:48)...

Teh trouble with Sodomoites is that they just can’t be happy. They are compelled to ruin everyone else life just as they have ruined their own.
How dare you be happy, how dare you be a heterosexual, how dare you be... normal.
Homosexuals don’t reproduce, they recruit.
I did not see it but I’m sure everyone who saw it had the same reaction. As for what happened to America, I wish I knew.
As Archie used to say: it’s a fag nation!
Well, I haven’t gotten over the fact that they have (or did have, like the writer I’m generally distracted during the parade) a balloon of “Stewie” from “Family Guy”.
It makes me wonder if anyone at Macy’s ever watched that show even once.
I did see the kinky boots thing and thought it was inappropriate.
I guess kids can’t have anything anymore, since all the adults are so immature.
Thank you, even if you are accused of being the grammar police.
There's another word: "entropy." In physics it means that energy becomes less available as entropy increases. There's an analogy for language: as language becomes sloppier, with distinctions being ignored, the ability to transfer information decreases. "Well, you know what I meant." No, I didn't. You used a word that meant something entirely different.
