Secret Obamacare handbook the feds donít want you to see is online
Watchdog ^ | 12/13/13 | Tori Richards

Posted on 12/15/2013 12:29:38 AM PST by Libloather

A confidential training manual for Obamacare navigators that threatens prosecution for unauthorized dissemination is on the Internet for the world to see.

The 217-page manual reads like a primer for Amway or novice car salesmen, offering sales advice on how to disarm potential customers who could be lured into purchasing insurance through exchanges created under the Affordable Care Act.

Section headers include “Smile: Maintain a Positive Demeanor,” “Make the Customers Feel Welcome,” “Listen” and — in what must now seem ironic given Barack Obama’s troubles with over-promising — “Build Trust: Be True to Your Word.”

If this so-called secret book has somehow been revealed, it's a trick being done by the Odumbo regime, trying to distract us from the real problems. If people here in FR think this is true, well, I don't know what to say. Maybe hopeless or lost comes to mind.

Anthony Robbins, unlike Barack Obama, is a self-made success who once lived in a cheap studio apartment and now has mansions and a vacation home in Tahiti. He didn’t receive any affirmative action that I’m aware of and has helped, not negatively impacted, thousands of people.

Great find!

Direct link to the manual:

Note — it says “limited distribution” — i.e. they don’t want us to know about it.

Does anyone one see income verification in this document? Will they match the applications with the W2? I thought that for 2013 they were enrolling applicants on the “honor” system. The language the book uses is income estimation. The lack of verification could be the reason the Medicaid enrollment numbers are higher than expected. Once enrolled in Medicaid, are participants ever asked to verify income in subsequent years or is it a lifetime benefit?

Don’t read the funny pages, just read this section from the manual.

2.2.4 Build Trust—Be True to Your Word
Be candid, open, and honest in your responses to consumers. Treat consumers in ways that you
think they would want to be treated.
Be open with mistakes. Be aware of your responsibility in any situation or outcome. Apologizing when things go wrong demonstrates that you care about consumers and their experiences.
Only offer consumers something that you are sure you can give them. Don’t promise timelines you are not sure you can fulfill. Stick to deadlines, make sure you turn up promptly for any appointments and never make promises you cannot keep. If situations change, let consumers know as soon as possible.

Obamacare, as a tax, was levied without our consent. And while repeal of the Bush tax cuts was several percentage points as an income tax, Obamacare health insurance is up to 10% of your income.

Obamacare, as a tax, was levied without our consent.

It was established with our consent because our representatives in Congress voted for the bill, making it law.
It hasn't been "levied" yet, but that day is fast approaching.

A pre-meditated lie, (yep) perpetuated in lock-step by a party, (yep) sanctified by a "supreme" court.

Sanctified? Roberts merely brought it out in court that the law was designed as a tax from inception. The government even presented the argument that it was a tax to ensure the law was upheld. Roberts had to uphold it under that stipulation. Government is given the power of taxation.

It's now up to THE PEOPLE to demand the law be repealed.

Sorry I had to be so critical.

Merry Christmas, philman_36. Thanks for your input. It's always good to see you on FR. What would the reasons be to demand for the repeal of the law?

Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Thus the beneficiaries are spared the shame, danger, and scruple which their acts would otherwise involve. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons, and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim — when he defends himself — as a criminal. Merry Christmas to you too.

My reason is that it's an onerous tax. Simple, but my reason nonetheless.

House Repeals Onerous Tax Provision in Bipartisan Manner
Today the House of Representatives, in a bipartisan manner, voted to repeal a three percent withholding tax that would have been yet another burden on our economy. Washington must not increase the financial and administrative costs job creators face – particularly when so many challenges to growth and entrepreneurial success already exist.

Government is given the power of taxation.

Only if the bill to tax originated in the House or Representatives, so no, Government does not have the power to tax just because the Executive and Judicial branches along with the Senate want it. It can only do so if the bill of revenue originates from the House of Representatives.

Additionally, the law was not passed. It was "deemed".

BS! It was passed!

Only if the bill to tax originated in the House or Representatives...

It was originated in the House! H.R. means a House bill. See H.R.4872 Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (key...Related Bills: H.RES.1203, H.RES.1225, H.R.3590 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act)

H.R. 45
to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (HR 3590) and health care-related provisions in the Health Care Education and Reconciliation Act of 2010 (HR 4782)

The Senate hijacked the existing HOUSE bill to pass the albatross we have today.
