I will never believe that the Japanese would have attacked Pearl Harbor if Teddy Roosevelt was president.

I’m not sure if you are making fun of me or not, but it’s fine if you are, I have a good sense of humor about myself.

My point is that any CIC who allows himself to be perceived as weak or indecisive in any way ENCOURAGES an enemy to attack him, or, at least to test him.

I think that happened to both FDR and JFK.
