In November, the Obama Justice Department dropped a lawsuit aimed at stopping a school voucher program in Louisiana. The Louisiana Scholarship Program is intended to give students in failing public schools a chance to attend better schools, including private ones. Justice tried to block the program on the basis that it may have violated a 1975 federal desegregation order. The case began to heat up when Republican governor Bobby Jindal, joined by some parents of students (chiefly minorities) who had benefited from the voucher program, began a defense in the courts. Justice then filed a motion contesting the parents' standing in the case.

(urope. Why do they put up with this.)
Justice? That was then. We’re in the new age of skin color trumps everything.

Best or worst part is the DOJ is incapable of understanding that by reducing everything to race they are in fact the racists.

After reading the posted article, please see the linked article in Post #4. It is illuminating.

(My caps work. You gotta earn them.)
But Justice did not completely fold, requesting that the court allow a federal review process of the voucher program.
It is all about control. I was a student at EBR Parish schools where I was bussed miles and hours away from my neighborhood school. The judge in charge of the thing got to approve the routes, busses, school lunch menus, etc. Of course he never ruled that the district bussing could end, even after it became a urban sprawl causing disaster. He was drunk on power.

The kids are obviously pawns...
If they don't have standing, then who the heck does?

Regarding Post #4, that funding didn't work out too well for Saudi Arabia. Iran now has free reign. Egypt/Syria/Libya are touchy.

So what else is new. The Left has been dismantling our education system via race baiting since the 70’s. We can clearly see the “progress” now. They undid the family via sex baiting and their progress is clear there as well.
Let’s take a second look at Jindal as a viable prez candidate for 2016.
