ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Houston are trying to track down 40-year old Eduardo Moyao. He is accused of kidnapping and extortion. Ryan Sullivan with Houston Crime Stoppers says “the fugitive and his co-conspirators held multiple undocumented aliens at a home in southwest Houston, as they were trying to extort their families for cash and money.” He says Moyao is also accused of raping one of the women being held hostage back in 2012. Sullivan says the fugitive entered this country illegally ”he is an undocumented alien charged with federal hostage taking and gun charges. We believe that he is either hiding in the Houston Metropolitan area or in the Carolinas.” If you have any information on Moyao’s whereabouts you are urged to call police, ICE or Crime Stoppers.
